Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg (zero point two five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift s and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm ( Thirty milimetres) thick with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5% (five point five percent ) of total weight of mix, agreegate Grading II (thirteen milimetres nominal size) i.e. 13.2 - 10 mm 30% ( thirty percent), 10 - 5 mm 25% ( twenty five percent), 5 mm and below 42% ( forty two per cent ) of volume of agreegate and lime filler @ 3% ( three percentage by weight of Aggregate), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five zero nine) complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick and 0.10 (point one zero) meter wide road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser @ 250 gms ( two fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five), propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all incidental charges
