Excavation in foundation , trenches etc. in earth work , lift upto 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead (P+J work 50% in ratio)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies , heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. And removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in.Foundation , footing basis of column etc. and mass concrete.

Sides and soffits of beams , beam haun chings contilevers, brassumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all height from floor.

P/L cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement :6 sand : 12agraded stone agg. 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.Foundation , footings basis of column and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floor roofs , landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders , bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level ( Tor Steel).

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in C.M. 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand ) IInd class bricks.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) IInd class bricks .

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work , including cutting , hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beams joints channels, angles, tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters , purlins connected to common rafter and the like.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks bolt and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding in the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses ( 0.63 mm thick sheet )
