| 1Disconnecting and taking down of indoor/ outdoor defective transformer of following capacity from 2/4 pole structure or from PCC platform with due care after disconnecting all HV/LV connections and drain out of complete transformer oil and then opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HV/LV winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside with and including remove the sludge from tank and cleaning and dry tank to remove the moisture, with and including insulation works between HV/LV and setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections) as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and testing the jobs with megger for proper results including two coats of anti corrosive paint after cleaning inside transformer tanks. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the workshop for repairs and back (transportation) complete all as specified and directed :- | |||||

| 2 | M&L for rewinding of HV/LV coils of any size and type of 11/33 KV transformer of capacity 63 to 500 KVA including cleaning the burnt out insulating material, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enameled copper winding strip including filling insulating paper etc., varnishing the winding with synthetic varnish including heating/ drying/ baking complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at desired temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Notes:
(i) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of varnishing of the sleeves of insulating material, taking down the clamps, upper channels, core & HT links and re-clamping, positioning with separators, brazing etc complete.
(ii) Weight of copper coil only shall be considered for payment.
(iii) Cost of charging and testing of the transformer shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 80 | Kg | - | - |

| 4 | M&L for online centrifuging (filtration/ dehydration) of transformer oil including checking di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration for transformers located in various locations under AGE E/M-II Area with suitable portable machine having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/ insulation value of transformer oil.
Notes :-
(i) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration/ dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min.
(ii) The contactor shall take shut down orders in writing from Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work.
(iii) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil.
(iv) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be kept on record duly signed by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge. | 9,500 | Litre | - | - |
| 5 | Supply and filling new transformer oil for topping up the transformers having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) The transformer oil shall be EHV- type confirming to IS - 335/1983.
