15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade(ISI marked) complete with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old retreived 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) including new GI fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old retreived 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) including new GI fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old retreived 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) including new GI fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in roofs fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

6 mm thick asbestos cement serrated ridge for corrugated sheet roofing fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks from any position/location, of any make of capacity exc 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres with ball valve, setting aside and refixing in position to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.

Taiking down cement or cement lime plastered of any descreption on brick or stone walls etc. incluing racking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm (5 mm thick over 10 mm thick backing coat ) thick in cement mortar 1:4, on stone masonery or surface other than fair faces of brick work surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut compete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe,fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taiking down carefully existing bituminous felt including plastered lime or cement concrete of any thickness and cleaning of the surface of roof terrace including flushing the junction parapets, kerb walls, PCC fillets, benching etc with wire brushes and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exc 500 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) by weight complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item).

Cement screed 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface/roof surface using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smoother complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

APP polythene membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wooven fabric weight with aluminium foil on top not less than 150 gms/sqm laid by forced application on primed surfacesusing bituminious primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying of two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane laid over roof complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing, single layer complete all as specified and directed.

Roof tiles mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.26 here-in-before but except tiles.

Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.28 here-in-before but except ridge or hip tiles
