REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF OVER HEAD ACSR CONDUCTORS WITH UG CABLE AT BERCHA ENCLAVE UNDER GE MCTE MHOW

Dismantling / taking down old ACSR conductor of any type & size from existing LT poles & setting aside duly disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cross arms, bracings etc of any section and size incl nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard dense soil for poles, cables, stay etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling any type of soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including lugs, glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed, for the following :-

10 Sqmm 2 core.

16 sqmm 4 core

50 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

95 Sqmm 3.5 core

240 Sqmm 3.5 core

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 100 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing bituminous road for passing of UG cable under road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable path indicator made of MS sheet 3mm of size 200 mm x 150 mm spot welded with angle iron of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long, suitably embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) duly painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, one coat of synthetic enameled black paint and sign wirting with white paint showing size of cable HT/LT complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wiring with 1.5 sq mm 2 runs of single core multistrand and 1.0 sqmm single core for earth continuity PVC insulated, unsheathed cable conforming to IS - 694, 1100 volts with copper conductor drawn in and including 20 mm dia or higher non metalic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, Junction box, Reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board and to fitting as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street Light fittings lumanaries 60 watt LED with lens , pressur die cast epoxy powder coated aluminium housing with efficient designed heat shrink with heat resisitent toughned glass with fram fixed with SS Screws suitable for fixing in existing poles, with protection IP-66, power factor not less than 0.95, surge 5KV, total harmonic distortion THD is < 10% lumen not less than 100 lumen/watts complete, including dismantling of old one fittings, all as specified and directed . M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type Confirming to IP 43, CPRI approved, fabricated & assembled ,free standing, floor mounting, water proof,dust and vermin proof cubical type, LT Panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), fully compartmentalized design with busbars made of aluminium duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators.All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for connecting suitable earth strips and both side openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detchable cover shall be provided on all other accessories.Panal shall be manufactured suitable for housing and including dismantling old one as the folowing :-

Out going:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp, 415 volt, 26 KA - 02 Nos. (b) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amp, 415 volt, 26 KA - 05 Nos. (c) MCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 415 volt, - 02 Nos.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any size any type from existing location setting aside duly disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old UNSV MCCB 100 Amps any make and supply & fixing new MCCB cap 100 Amps, 4 pole 18 KA at existing place complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old UNSV MCCB 160 Amps any make and supply & fixing new MCCB cap 100 Amps, 4 pole 26 KA at existing place complete all as specified & directed.
