Boring holes 3m deep and 300 mm dia of pile in any type soil for Single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 50m but n exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick with broken bricks, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc finished even & fair Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surface incl necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (M-25 Design mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete.

All as per item No above but 16 mm dia and over in stirrups, spacers and binders complete.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as specified

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of bk /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement ) complete

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked.

M&L two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces.

M&L for two coats of Apex weather paint on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc of size 125X60 mm made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel framed guard bars with mild steel Square bars with ends of bars shouldered and riveted and similar work confirming to Fe -290 (Gde E-165)

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a one coat of pink primer over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new wooden surfaces.

S&F for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18 mm as in gauze door / window / ventilator shutters. etc all complete.

S&F for steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with MS handles and tower bolts complete with glazing & wire gauzed bars dovetailed or welded with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as spd . 6mm Joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including 3 mm thick Birla/ JK wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hollow rolled mild steel structural steel work in tubular/ Square/rectangular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Mild Steel Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle bracket, cleat and other connection conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) 'A' quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jindal/TATA
