Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material , labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foregin material etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH Technology and speciality complete.

Supply and fix in repair for Stainless steel name sign boards made out of wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting TYPE XI retro reflective and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet and back support frame of 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle frame supported by 380D stainless steel pipe and 760D pipe stainless steel vertical post grade 304 of size 1200 x 900mm (2 No of vertical post height 2.00 mtrs) including letters writing and embedded in PCC block of size not less than 45x45x45 CM with 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm aggregate including earth work, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Metal rectangular 3M delinator of size 100 mm x 1100mm x 20 mm, black and white strips fitted in panels at the delinators both side and delineator fixed in PCC block of size 300x300x 450 mm with type 1:2:4 B1 including exacavation , returning filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair for road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made up of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of sixze 100cm dia fixed in (1no) MS pipe 75mm dia of length 2.4 m with clamps duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including demoltion of old mirror post and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45 cm x 45cm x 45cm including returning fillin and removal of surplus material completer. Make : Oscar model No OS-791 or equivalent in TATA/ 3M/ Simens/Dark Eye

Supply and fix in repair for TRAFFIC SIGN BOARDS (600mm dia CIRCLE) made with high intensity Prismatic Grade Reflective sheeting of make Avery or 3M or equvalent brand (HIP Type IV reflective sheeting) pasted on 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet back with frame made up of mild steel angle iron of size 25mmx25mmx3mm and fixing post (1No) of MS Pipe 75 mm dia of length 2.4 m duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45cm including returning fillin and removal of surplus material including taking down existing trafic sign board of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Displayin sign mark "NO HORN PLEASE" (600mm dia CIRCLE)

Demolition of Reincorced concrete in any position, manhole covers etc drain cover, septic tank slab etc & disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slabs of man holes, drains etc including necessary form work, placed in position, set in CM 1:4 complete all specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10m dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep as in berms including removal, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (spread thickness) moorum / red bajri, filling in roads, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming , including supply of road metal/aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5 Kg /10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element : (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
