Providing & fixing in position, centering and shuttering, formwork (upto first floor level from the founding level) to get a neat form finished surface for all types of structures including strutting, scaffolding, staging, propping, bracing or otherwise supporting formwork for concrete items as indicated and deshuttering on specified duration after concreting with all leads and lifts; the formwork shall provide all necessary shapes, sizes, joints and any other details as per approved shop drawings, technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer Note : (1) The rates for the above items shall include for providing all necessary holes, cutouts, slits and depressions, labour for fixing adequate pipe sleeves at all indicated locations etc. in formwork as directed by the Engineer. The formwork / shuttering for providing construction joints in concrete shall not be measured seperately and the contractor to include it in his quoted rate. (2) The shuttering (plywood panels / sheets) shall be so laid that the joints in both the directions are in one line, the pattern for which will be got approved. (3) The centering and shuttering, formwork shall be designed & submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval prior to commencement of work. Form work shall be properly designed for self weight, weight of reinforcement, weight of fresh concrete, and in addition, the various live loads likely to be imposed during the construction process (such as workmen, materials and equipment). 4) The completed form work including the alignment, levels, profile etc. shall be inspected and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before the reinforcement bars are placed in position.

Providing Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside Project area including transporting and Pumping from approved Batching plants .

Providing and constructing brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ Sq. cm strength of approved make and size in super structure including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing at all levels precast members using cement concrete of Grade M-30 in copings and/or bed blocks, plain window sills, shelves ,louvers, steps, staircases, trench covers, drain covers etc. including hoisting and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand)on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Autoclaved Aerated cement block masonry of approved make with specified thick AAC Blocks in Super structure above plinth level upto 20 m height in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand). The rate shall also include providing and placing in position 2nos of 8mm dia bars at every third course of the masonry work.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, curing etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating, assembling, hoisting / erecting and fixing in position at locations specified below & for all leads, heights & levels, structural steel works including angles, channels, beams, MS Plain/ square/Circular rods,flats, EP, MS Embedded plates (EP) of different sizes on ceiling/column/ walls/underground trench for cable tray support, periphery light, fixing panel etc. beam in monorails, girders, tubular sections, pipe sections, built-up sections, trusses , ladders, platforms, handrails, sag nods, gratings, plates of built up sections, gates, lifting hooks of pre cast blocks etc., including supplying, profile cutting, bending to the required shape & curvature as specified in drawing, including supplying, profile cutting, bending to the required shape & curvature as specified in drawing, fabricating, erecting as required, smooth grinding / machining of edges, electric arc welding, fixing in position to correct lines and levels using teakwood gutties including Dye Penetration test ,preparing the surface to ensure complete removal of mill scale by using wire brushes & sandpapering, painting with a primary coat of approved epoxy primer of approved make & quality for steel surfaces, cost of scaffolding / staging etc.complete as per approved shop drawings, technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Structural Steel Works of MS rolled single / built-up sections conforming to IS 2062 for staircase, edge angles, nosing angles in trench covers, gratings etc., angle or channel frames for filter banks and closing ducts, supporting arrangement for EPs embedded in concrete, column guards, monorails, railings, handrails, ladders, box column sections, Monorail, built-up sections, crane girders, MS grid work for lining works, crane girders, trolley rails, joists, channels, in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates in Trench Covers, gratings, connection plates, supporting arrangement for EPs embedded in concrete etc, MS tubular hollow circular pipe sections conforming to IS 1161 / IS 1239 in railings, handrails, sleeves, brackets, connectors etc, produced by rolling from virgin materials in the plants of the main manufacturers indicated in the list of approved makes and procured directly from them or from their authorised dealers. All test reports shall be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Supplying, Assembling, fabricating, inspecting, testing, packaging, hoisting / erecting and fixing in position at indicated locations in RCC / Masonry/ Formwork, Stainless Steel Embedded Parts (EPs) (conforming to 304 L grade) of various sections such as plates, pipes etc. and in required sizes including mechanical transportation, aligning, fixing in position, providing necessary supporting arrangements etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work includes preparation of fabrication drawings, documentation, safe delivery of materials to the project site etc. during civil construction. The work includes preparation of fabrication drawings, collection of Purchaser's Free Issue Materials, supply of requisite materials other than Purchaser's free issue materials (FIM), documentation, safe delivery to the project site, return of balance of FIM / scrap and erection during civil construction. Note : 1) Supporting arrangement for erection of EPs shall not be paid separately. 2) Reconciliation statement of SS EPs with respect to actual consumption against theoretical consumption as per approved proforma shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge periodically as instructed. 3) Welding weights, connections-bolts & nuts etc. shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate.

Providing and laying minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone flooring over 20 mm thick (Average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in minimum three levels to obtain mirror polish complete with base cement mortar 1:4 (Using Coarse sand) all as per specifications, patterns and drawings complete

Providing, supplying and laying pre polished granite slab flooring / dado / skirting/ Wall cladding with not less than 17 mm thick granite slabs over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) laid and placed with grey cement slurry including filling the joints with matching white cement based tile grout complete all as per specifications and drawings. Conducting Water tightness / Hydro test for water retaining structures including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, services and including the following : (i) Testing of all water retaining structures for water tightness shall be carried out in accordance with Clause No. 12 of IS : 3370 (Part 1) : 2009 & and Appendix G of AERB/SS/CSE-1 (AERB CODE) to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Providing and installing all supplementary or miscellaneous appurtenances and devices incidental for testing purpose (iii) Preparatory works, methodology statement & conducting water tightness test with prior approval from the Engineer-in-charge (iv) Preparing & submitting necessary reports with results recorded in a systematic manner (v) testing, re-testing, patching and repair as required to meet watertightness requirements Note : a) The contractor shall be responsible for testing, re-testing, patching and repair as required to meet watertightness requirements for the water retaining structures. b) The water required for carrying out the test shall be arranged by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Owner c) The net volume of water occupied by the structure shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surfaces at all levels / depths as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and consisting of (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified Rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of C.M 1:3 (using coarse River sand) mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS : 2645 in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer over levelling course, (Levelling course to be paid for separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with waterproofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick C.M 1:3 (using coarse river sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading@ 8 cudm / sq.m thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer In horizontal areas below raft etc. as detailed hereunder using Rough Shahabad Stone (using coarse sand)

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 20 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of the stone slab with C.M 1:4 (using coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge In vertical areas, retaining walls, etc. using Rough Shahabad Stone (using TAPI sand)
