Providing and laying Plain cement concrete in open foundation including form wotk shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of section 1500, 1700 & 2100 with. P.C.C. M-15 grade.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure of complete section as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of section 1500, 1700 & 2200 in (SRPC OR EQUIVALENT) R.C.C. M-30 grade.

Supplying, fitting and placing FE 500D TMT bar reinforcement in structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of section 1600.

Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and up to 300 micron to reinforcement bars as per IS-13620-1993/ASTM-775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes (A) 10mm to 16mm dia bar.

Providing and laying - Filter Media 600mm thick directed at the back of abutments, returns and wing walls as per detailed speficiation.

Providing and filling sand behind abutments and between returns in layers as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & laying weep hole in Abutments, and returns by using PVC pipe of 100mm including laying in proper grade and jointing the completed as per detailed specification.

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of dembankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Providing Rigid Apron ambeded in 300mm thick stone with M15 Grade Concrete complete as per Drawings and Technical Specifications Clause.

Providing and laying M15 grade Plain Cement Concrete with 20mm down graded crushed stone aggregate for Curtain Wall at upstream and downstream of structures including all labour, materials, machinery, transporting of concrete from batching plant by transit mixer, placing it in position, compacting with needle vibrator, moist curing, all leads and lifts, etc. complete as per drawing, Technical Specification Section 1500, 1700 and as didrected by the Engineer.

Providing and laying flexible apron in the upstream and downstream of structure for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each including all labour, materials, machinery, all leads and lifts, compacting to the satisfaction of the Engineer etc. complete as per drawing, Technical Specification Section 2500 and as directed by the Engineer.

Reinforced cement concrete Crash Barrier (M-40 Grade) complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Sectons 1500, 1600, 1700, 2700 and 809 and Clause 2703.

Providing Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Dismantaling the existing structure including removing and stacking the dismentelled materials as and where directed. (A) R.C.C. work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects (30-40 mm thickness using 5.4% bitumen).

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 1000C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516.
