Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil loam clay or sand including lift upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30 Mtr. Including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of foundati trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches(Excluding Royalty)..As per DSR 2.6.1

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.As per DSR No.4.1.8

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1 :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)As per DSR No.5.1.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level....Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-5000 or more. As per DSR No.5.22.6

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete dsr-2023 5.9.1

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work As per DSR No.4.2.3

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavtion to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 mtr. In depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. Layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 meter distance as directed by Engineer incharge.with 5.0.km cortege As per DSR 2.25(a)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) dsr-2023 6.1.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) dsr-2023 13.1.1

GSB Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.
