SH-I Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and operationalization of 50 KLD Packaged Type Sewage treatment plant of Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology.

Site inspection, Process design, preperation and submission of duly signed complete layout drawings, Hydraulic drawings and Construction drawings of 50 KLD packaged type Sewage Treatment Plant of SBR technology, considering the following SOQ, scope of work and as per Technical specification of the contract , obtaining initial and final NOC from pollution Control Board etc as complete required.

(A)CIVIL WORK Design, Drawing, Construction of container plant room having size (3000 mm X 4000 mm) including 1 door and door panel having size of 1000mm(width)x2000mm(height), 2 nos windows each having size of 1000mmx1000mm with window panel,fabrication with MS sheet and Angler,rain proof,all finishing works such as Painting inside and outside walls, roof with plastic emulsion paint, CC flooring, etc including provision for fixing required electric wiring, LED fittigs, fan, sockets, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The necessary provision for cable entry for incoming and outgoing power cables,control cables,data cables,earthing, fixing arrangement of wall mounting /self standing control panel to be incorportaed. The installation shall complete with proper locking arrangement on door and wndows ,finishing,cleaning etc complete as required.The cost is inclusive of necessary soil testing as per relevant IS codes. The appropriate foundation shall be provided based on the soil test results. The structural design of Foundation and super structure shall be be vetted through any Govt. Engineering Colleges/NIT/IIT etc. The cost is inclusive of all the above and nothing extra shall be paid.

Design, Drawing, Construction of RCC Collection Tank of 50m3 capacity with depth of 5m (3m liquid depth + 2m free board),Dia 2.5m, with RCC Coarse Screen Chamber having inside measurement of 1m (L)x 0.5m(W) x0.5m(D) including provision for keeping submersible pumps, connecting inlet sewage pipe line/providing puddle flange, filling the gap,plastering,water proofing,finishing etc as required. The structural design of sump shall be be vetted through any Govt. Engineering Colleges/NIT/IIT etc. The cost is inclusive of all the above and nothing extra shall be paid.

Design, Drawing, Construction of Fine screen Chamber fabricated from MS, FRP lining/coating inside the Chamber having capacity of 2.25 Cum, inside size of 1m(L) x 0.6m(W) x1m(H) (0.5m liquid depth + 0. 5m free board ) , for providing 1 no fine bar screen and attached to Grit chamber, including suitable MS structure,ladder ,gaurd railings, painting etc as required.

Design, Drawing, Construction of Grit chamber fabricated from MS FRP lining/coating inside the tank having capacity of 3.6 Cum,inside size of 1.5m(L) x 0.6m(W)x1.2m(D)(0.7m liquid depth+0.5m free board) attached to SBR Tank-I including suitable MS structure,ladder,guard railings, painting etc as required.

Design, Drawing, Construction of SBR tank fabricated from MS FRP lining/coating inside, each having capcity of 25 Cum, inside size as per recomendation of OEM (3m liquid depth + 0.5m free board ), including suitable MS ladder,guard railings, painting etc as required.

Design, Drawing, Construction of SBR decant tank fabrication from MS FRP lining/ coating inside, each having capacity of 10.00 Cum, inside size as per recomendation of OEM (1.7m liquid depth + 0.3 m free board) including suitable MS ladder, guard railing, paintings, etc. as required.

Design, Drawing, Construction of Concrete Foundation for Packaged type STP 50KLD capacity including pumps,blowers, tanks,all other equipment.The cost is inclusive of necessary soil testing as per relevant IS code .The structural design shall be vetted through any Govt. Engineering Colleges/NIT/IIT etc.

(B) SUPPLY OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of manual coarse bar Screen placed at inlet of Coarse screen chambers at the inlet of Collection tank to match the inlet channel, 1 number of Stainless Steel bar screen fabricated from 30mm x 5 mm SS 304 flats ,20mm equally spaced for coarse screen with suitable lifting arrangement and as per technical specification of contract etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of manual fine bar Screen placed at inlet of screen chambers at the inlet of Collection tank to match the inlet channel, 1 number of Stainless Steel bar screen fabricated from 30mm x 5mm SS 304 flats ,10mm equally spaced for fine screen with suitable lifting arrangement and as per technical specification of contract etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Non clog type,Submersible pump ,Solid passage of 100mm max,discharge of minimum 10 m3/hr,Head of 10 mtrs, minimum HP-1,RPM-2900,Motor body and shaft-SS, working voltage 3 phase,415 +/- 10% volts, 50Hz Continuous duty,Class 'F' insulation,placed at inlet of Collection tank to lift raw sewage from collection tank to Fine screen chamber,providing suitable length of 25mm UPVC pipe on delivery connection with flange, SS bolts and nuts,gasket,Water tight power supply connection, earthing connection, interlinking and common delivery lines with UPVC pipe,UPVC valves, non return valves,pressure gauges with isolation valve, including all necessary accessories and as per Technical specifiaction of the contract etc complete as required.Maximum loading current of the pump shall be less than 90% of the full load current of the motor. (For Sewage transfer from collection tank to Fine Screen Chamber)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sewage submersible pump o2 Nos. (1W + 1 S) lifting arrangement on collection tank to lift 1no 10m3/hr capacity pump fabricated from GI angle/GI pipe,guide pipe and Chain is made from SS 304 and as per Technical specification, painting etc complete as required.

Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of (Minimum) 50m³/Hr capacity of twin lobe rotory air blower,discharge pressure 4000 mmwc, 'V' belt or flexible couple drive, suitable capacity motor, 415 + 10% volts,3 phase, 50Hz with necessary outdoor enclosure for protecting the unit from rain water , for fresh air supply to SBR tanks . Supplying and providing air grid distribution system with non clog type fine bubble diffusers for SBR tanks.Air distribution shall be comprise of isolation valves,pipe droppers,laterals, interlinking etc with UPVC pipeline with all fittings, supports, clamps, flanges, non clog , modular type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air to the required depth with necessary supports , valves, with all necessary accessories,operation of aeration system with PLC based control and as per technical specification etc complete as required .

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of centrifugal,monoblock, filter feed pump to transfer water from SBR tanks to filters with following specifications a) Discharge of 5.0 m3/hr at 25 meter head (Minimum) , b) minimum 1HP motor capacity c) Impeller--Cast iorn, d) Motor body--Cast iorn, e) Power supply--415v+ 10%, f) Phase--3, concrete foundation,necessary out door enclosure for rain protection, providing individual UPVC suction lines, interlinking and common delivery line upto multi grain sand filter with UPVC piping, UPVC butterfly valves (for both suction & discharge), UPVC non return valves, pressure gauges with isolation, including all necessary accessories etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Pressure Sand filter made of FRP of minimum dia 0.70m and 1.80m height of capacity not less than 5 m3/hr at 3 kg/cm2 pressure, with max pressure rating of 4.5 kg/cm2 pressure vessel, necessary foundation , along with UPVC frontal pipeline, necessary valves,interlinking pipes, delivery line upto Activated Carbon filter, drain line upto collection tank, pressure gauge with isolation, air release, provision of back wash arrangement, valves, all necessary accessories complete with filtering media , support media etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Activated carbon filter made of FRP of minimum dia 0.70m and 1.80m height of capacity not less than 5.0 m3/hr at 3 kg/cm2 pressure, with max pressure rating of 4.5 kg/cm2 pressure vessel, necessary foundation , UPVC frontal pipeline, necessary valves,interlinking pipes for delivery line upto treated water tank, drain line ( duly painted GI pipe line) upto collection tank, pressure gauge with isolation valve, air release, provision of back wash arrangement, valves, all necessary accessories complete with filtering media , support media etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UV System, 5.0cum/hr,fabricated from SS for 50KLD Packaged type Sewage treatment plant SBR technology including wiring,all accessories complete etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10,000 Ltr capacity HDPE clarified water tank including foundation,inlet connection from SBR tanks, outlet connection to Filter feed pumps,inter connection with isolation valve,drain connections with valves, all accessories complete etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10,000 Ltr capacity HDPE treated water tank including foundation,inlet connection to UV system from SBR tanks, outlet connection to Filter feed pumps,inter connection with isolation valve,drain connections with valves, all accessories complete etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Sludge feed pump, capacity of 5 m3/hr for 50 KLD Packaged type Sewage treatment plant SBR technology with following specifications a) Minimum motor capacity-0.5HP b) Impeller--Cast iorn, c) Motor body--Cast iorn, d) Power supply--415v+ 10%, e) Phase--3, concrete foundation,necessary out door enclosure for rain protection, providing individual UPVC suction lines from SBR tanks, interlinking and common delivery line to Bag filter , valves , non return valves, pressure gauges with isolation, including all necessary accessories etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fully submersible, centrifugal non-clog cutter type sewage handling pump (1W+1SB) for sewagelift and transfer. The pump shall have C.I casing, C.I impeller., S.S. shaft,Submersible motor including Isolation cock/ball valve, lifting arrangement forthe pump, all necessary interconnecting piping, valves (Ball valve/Butterfly valve/NRV), level switch to control the level of sump automatically, Power & control cable etc. and other accessories as required. Pump shall be capable of soft solid handle of 40 mm or as per pump manufacturer. Flow Rate = 5 m3/hr Head = 8 to 10 meter Qty = 2 Nos. (1W+1SB)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC pipe having minimum pressure of 10 kg/cm2 including valves and fitting for above set of pumps. PCC and trench preparation for this in client scope. Line Size = 80 mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of bag filter for sludge drain having minimum 1 no. of filter bag/ sacks made with geotextile material, filling arrangement for 50 KLD package type sewage treatment plant SBR technology, foundation, enclosure, drain pipe to collection tank etc. complete as required.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 1 inch magnetic flow meter for treated water delivery line including isolation valves,sampling point,all accessories etc as required.

Supply & installation of level switches in collection tank, equalisation tank, clarified water tank and treated water tank for low & high level along with suitable wiring, connection & interconnection as required.

Supply, Installation of Sludge Holding Tank fabricated from MS with FRP lining/coating inside the Chamber with 1.5m3 volume capacity including foundation, inlet connection from SBR Tank through Sludge feed Pumps, outlet connection, inter connection with isolation valve and all accessories complete etc as required.

(C)ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION EQUIPMENT (A)Fabrication,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Motor Control Center(MCC) Panel with all accessaries for Auto/manual On/Off control of entire 50KLD Packaged type seawage treatment plant of SBR technology, fabricated from 14sWG M.S sheet ,totally enclosed, free standing,floor mounted/wall mounted,powder coated, fabrication from CPRI approved panel manufacture with following accessories. 1) Incomer - 4pole MCCB 100Amp 25KA 1no. 2) Al Bus bar R,Y,B,N,100amps-1 set. 3) Out goings: (a)16 Amps 3pole MCB, DOL starter with OLR, for SBR blowers - 1.55 HP-2nos, (b) 16 Amps 3pole MCB,DOL starter with OLR for submerisible sewage pumps-1 HP-2nos,(c)16Amps,3 pole MCB, DOL starter with OLR for Filter Feed pump-1HP-2nos, (d)16 Amps 3pole MCB,DOL starter with OLR for Treated water pump-1 HP-2nos. Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with double brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. 3½ X 70 sq. mm

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of PLC software ( SCADA) system including all hardweres and softwere to Control the entire 50 KLD SBR plant including all the pumps and blowers etc. The automation system includes HMI, process and operator software with dynamic flow chart displayed on monitor,furniture,UPS,PC ,passwords,etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re- filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing internal electrification with ISI PVC conduit,wiring with 1.5sqmm, Copper , PVC insulated, flame retardent, low smoke, ISI braded wires, PVC switch boards with ISI switches and sockets, all accessories, LED lights(6 nos), wall mounting fan(1no), 6/16A sockets (4nos),double door SPN DP with required no of MCBs (one set), STP area out door lighting (4nosx30watts) with cabling,earthing, as per CPWD specification etc complete as required.

Testing, Commissioning and Operationalization of complete Sewage Treatment Plant including all the accessories/equipments in Manual/Auto mode after providing sewage by AAI and conducting trial run for a period of minimum One month. During this period contractor shall arrange all required manpower and materials for the trial run. The date of completion of SH-I will be recorded after completion of trial run and submission of treated water test certificate fully meeting the tender criteria and pollution norms along with all documents as per scope of work.

SH:II OPERATION AND Routine Maintenance Operation and Routine Maintenance of complete 50 KLD Swage Treatment Plant as provided under SH-I after completion of work for 07 years on all days including sunday and holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tools & consumables such as cotton waste, greese, UV lamp, Media, Chemicals and safety materials such as shoes, gloves, mask etc., monitoring and maintaining the required registers, monthly testing and submiting the treated water test certificate from the State govt approved/authorised Laboratories as per technical specification etc. complete as required. i) Technician cum Operator (Skilled) working in general shift duty (8 hr) on 07 days a week - 1 no.
