Replacement of ductable Air conditioning system by way of VRV /VRF system at surgical ICCU Skims Soura by way of dismantling and extraction of existing defunct ductable AC (Outdoor and Indoor) and handing out to stores.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 20 HP VRV/VRF OUTDOOR UNIT, top discharge, hot & cold type alongwith floor Standing duct type VRV INDOOR UNIT comprising of accessories like compressors sub-panel, air filters, evaporator coil, blower assembly capable of developing 50mm of WG or more static pressure, with Outdoor Units having PCD Controlled mechanism during Snowy Season, automatic control valves (sensor based), copper refrigerant piping of recommended size & thickness duly insulated with nitrile rubber (25mm thick) for liquid and vapour line of lengths as per the site requirement from indoor unit to outdoor unit. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of three phase automatic voltage stabilizer of 30 KVA capacity as per ISI specification. input 300-450v, output-420v ± 5% 50 Hz

Providing and fixing of electric power cabling from main control panel to outdoor units suitable for 415v, 3 phase, 50 Hz and from main control panel to indoor units suitable for above same 3 phase supply. The control wiring shall be PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, multicore, stranded copper cable with required no. of cores.
