Auditorium Stage flooring: Carefully Dismantling the existing auditorium stage flooring including the top parquet floor, plywood base, under base frame, insulation materials and stacking the same within 50 meters lead as per instructions of the engineer incharge.

Auditorium Stage flooring: Providing and Fixing Anti Termite treated SAL wood frame work of finished section size 50mmx50mm @ 600 mm Center to Center on the existing auditorium floor. The fixing has to be done using Hilti Countersunk Frame anchor HRD-C 8x100 @ 1200 mm C/C. The frame shall be fixed in absolute zero level to ensure flat surface. FLOORING WORK: 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

STONE WORK: 25mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

STONE WORK: Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

TILE WORK: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600 mm x 600 mm size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. TILE WORK: Providing and laying Vitrified wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, wall, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigmentsetc. complete. Rate shall include removal of existing gypsum board false celing along with its frame and disposal of malba as per instructions of the engineer incharge.

CORRIDOR FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing GYPSUM BOARD FALSE CELING for making HVAC unit Air Tight Box of approx. size 2.8mx2.5mx1.5m COMPLETE AS PER DSR ITEM NO. 12.45.3. .....specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board. Opening of HVAC Trapdoor will not be paid in this item. It will be paid for seperatly in the next item mentioned below.

HVAC TRAP DOORS: Providing and Fixing trap doors OF approx. size 1550 x 1650 for HVAC unit in the gypsum board HVAC Air Tight Box using USGBORAL ACCESS PANEL AC trap door system with frame.

BASEMENT VENTILATORS: Providing and fixing glazing in Aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .(Including Cost of aluminium snap beading ): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

SPIRAL STAIRCASE ROOF COVERING: Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished welded type tubes

SPIRAL STAIRCASE ROOF COVERING: Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm)

12 mm to 15 mm Cement Plaster in 1:6 Coarse Sand (1: Cement, 3 : Fine Sand, 3 : Coarse Sand).

PAINTING GYPSUM CEILING at all heights and levels as per procedure mentioned including 1) Surface preparation (scrapping, sanding, cleaning) 2) One coat of Primer as per manufacturers specification 3) Painting 2 or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre in various colors (Asian/ ICI /Shalimar/ Berger/ Nerolac) Contractor’s scope includes all materials, tools & plants, paint brushes & rollers of approved makes, ropes, lifts, ladders, safety equipment’s, scaffolding and all other equipment’s as may be required to complete the works successfully. (The rates include all labour, materials and items of work required to complete the work successfully up to the satisfaction of the owner)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

ROAD WORK :Providing and laying 125 mm thick cement concrete road of M-25 grade using Vacuum Dewatered Flooring system. Road shall be laid in panels to the desired slope. Vacuum dewatered process shall be executed using Tremix/dynapack or equivalent approved machines. The process shall consist of laying concrete in alternate panels of area not more than 48 square meters each by placing side form channels to true & proper level on cement concrete by at-least two passes of screed vibrator followed by the levelling beam. Vacuum dewatering shall be done to reduce the water cement ratio by 15-20%. After vacuum dewatering, the surface to be power floated with skim floater. Rates shall be inclusive of a) Making grooves of size 6mm x 40mm and filling the grooves with backer road and sealing with polysulphide/ SIKA compound for internal floors including polish. Panel Size not to exceed 48 sqm b) Mixing of propriety hardener of Sika / Fosroc make c) All Shuttering, Form work, labour, materials, equipments, tools and plants required to complete the work upto the satisfaction of the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing 16 mm M.S. Fan clamps of standard shape and size in existing R.C.C. slab, including cutting chase, anchoring clamp to reinforcement bar, including cleaning, refilling, making good the chase with matching concrete, plastering and painting the exposed portion of the clamps complete.

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

BASEMENT VENTILATION WORKS

AXIAL FLOW FANS FOR EXHAUST AIR (AF) , NORMAL EXHAUST : AS PER SPECS BELOW

: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance) tube axial flow fans of different capacities in standard GI/M.S. contruction as mentioned below. Entire fan model and AMCA Seal shall apear in techncial submittal of fan. All the fans shall be synthetic enamel painted/ hot dip galvanized with minimum 220 GSM Zinc Coating and complete with bird screen at fan inlet. The electric motor coupler shall be IE-02 squirrel cage induction type conforming to IS-325, IP-55 rated with class `H' insulation. Motor shall be of high temperature resistance "Class H Smoke Spill" 250°C for 2 hours. Fans shall be EN 12101-3 Certified and CE/UL Listed for high temperature. Motor make shall be same as that mentioned on the fire certificate. Fan efficiency should not be less than 65%, and noise level should not be more than 85 db @ 3 m distance when measured under hemisperical reverberant room conditions.
