PCC in 1:3:6 with stone grit

B/W 1:4 CM with 100% new brick

cement pointing deep struck 1:2 CM

B/W 1:4 CM with 100% old brick

Dismantling and relaying brick pitching including cost of 20% new brick

Dry brick on edge pitching including preparation of sub grade and filling joints local sand including cost of new brick and sand

cement pointing flush 1:2 CM

CC 1:2:4 with stone ballast

Reinforcement of CC slab by 10mm dia steel bar 200 mm c-c both way

Painting two coat of superior synthetic emulsion paint of approved make of Burger, Jenson & Nicholsen; Shalimar, Asian; Nerolac over on priming coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free form mortar drooping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris/shiting and sand papered sooth including cost of all material. Labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
