a) Supply of 12Volt,60watts, 5 metres length of LED light Strips 6500K Philips make model of approved makes as per Directions of Engineer in charge.

b) Supply of input 220Volt/ Output 12Volt Led Light Driver,60W 5A 12V DC of Philip make model No. C060C500V012FNE1AI or its equivalent.

c) Supply of 24 watts LED Strip with Driver, Philips make model No. SED Strip SKYCove 5M CDL with driver or its equivalent.

Existing boards

Providing and Fixing of computerised 3M vinyl cut text of approved matter in three langauage with directiontional sign etc., in double colour on existing 5mm thick Polycarbonate sheet of size 300mm x 2100mm including dismantling of exisitng polycarbonate sheet board from the existing signage board and remove the existing signage vinyl sticker over the polycarbonate sheet including cleaning of the complete polycarbonate surface without causing any damage and scratch over the surface and refixing the polycarbonate sheet on the exiting sign board etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as required. Note: Incase of any breakage of polycarbonate sheets during dismantling, shifting, handling and refixing etc., the complete sheet to be replaced by contractor in free of cost.

Ceiling Hung Directional Sign

Supply, Assembly, Installation, connecting ,testing commisioning of illuminated vinyl signage with 5mm thick polycarbonate sheet of following size(s) having the approved electrocut text matter (in three languagees) the signage frame shall be made 50mm wide powder coated colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame and internal frame work shall be made of 25mm x 25mm x 1.3mm thick hollow squred sections shall be directly fixed to the sign frame. The sign board shall be fixed with 35mm x 35mm x 2mm thick Stainless steel pipe with all hardware accessories. The pictographs with computerized automated self adhesive Trnslucent/coloured/blockout /white cast vinyl of 3M or coolybrite make having 2 or more layers facia as per requirement of approved artworks including suitable ceiling mounting i/c gypsum board cutting and misc. ceiling works (if required) and make good the damage along with internal illumination acheived by using suitable 3Nos. 65watts LED strip 6500K (5mtrs.) with 3Nos. driver complete with all internal wiring, connectors etc., as required as per the specification and approved drawings (Note: The item includes for providing 3x1.5sq.mm copper wiring i/c earthing in matalic flexible conduit from nearest source upto a distance of 10 mtrs.

Floor mounted Sign Boards

Design, supply , installtion, testing & commissioning of internally illuminated pictogram cube signage of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm made up of 8mm thick clear acrylic with pantone yellow vinyle pasted over the acrylic with white diffuser film on inside face. with internal illulmination achived by using using suitable 1No.12Volt 65watts LED strip (5mtrs.) 6500K with 1No. 12Volt driver complete with all internal wiring, complete with all internal wiring, connectors etc., as required, showing belt number on four faces, fabricated out of 5mm thick acrylic sheet i/c self adhesive Translucent/ coloured/ block out vinyl having 2 or more layers as per requirement for providing belt numbers. The bottm shall be covered by 10mm thick stainless steel base plate. The cube shall be installed by 75mm x75mm x 3mm thick hallow stainless steel squre section of 2750mm length with SS base plate and Gussets in 5mm thick with all hardware accessories The SS plate with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. etc. as requried (The item includes for providing necessay 3 x1.5sq.mm copper wiring i/c earthing in mattalic flexible conduit from nearest source upto a distance of 10 mtrs.). The drawings/design of cube shall be as per approval of AAI & as per specification enclosed.

Providing and fixing Non-illuminated yellow Pantone opaque vinyl sticker signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufactured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used as per direction of Engineering-in-charge. providing and fixing primary channel letters 50mm thk and Secondary profile cut letters 10mm thk, 3D cut letters in black glossy acrylic.All the letters would be made in profile to achieve true right angle. All mounting would be done in true plumb and using templet, keeping the alignment of the letters in one level. as per the direction of Engineer -in - Charge
