Manning and operation of DG set Kirloskar make 75 KVA capacity - 01 Nos installed at Aradhna Officers Accn by employing One Skilled DG set operator Shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 Hours) for 24 hours daily including sunday and Holidays to operate DG Set according to the appropreate norms, Daily routine check as per manufacturers instruction of DG set and operation of the control Panel, all documents are to be maintained systematically by operator. DG set shall be operated by the operator in case of failure of electric supply with in time fame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800-1600, 1600-2400 & 0000-0800).

All as per Si Item No. 1.00 here-in-before but DG set Kirloskar make 250 KVA capacity -01 No at Jetty Sub-Station and 63 KVA capacity make Kirloskar -01 No installed at COMCEN with One Skilled DG set operator per shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) for 24 hours daily including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800 -1600, 1600-2400 & 0000-0800).

All as per Si Item No.1.00 here-in-before, but 400 KVA capacity DG set of make Greaves and 125 KVA capacity DG Set of make Koel- 01 No installed at new MRF, 380 KVA capacity make Kirloskar -01 No installed at Eklavya Hanger and 125 KVA capacity DG set of make Koel-01 No installed at RFS Tunir with One Skilled DG set operator per shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) for 24 hours daily including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800 -1600, 1600-2400 & 0000-0800).

All as per Si Item No.1.00 here-in-before, but 30 KVA capacity make Cummins -01 No installed at K-Sub-Station and 400 KVA capacity make Kirloskar installed at Long Term Sub-Station, 750 KVA Capacity make Cummins at New Club TP at Tunir Area and 15 KVA capacity DG Set make cummins- 01 No installed at K- sub station with One Skilled DG set operator per shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) for 24 hours daily including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800 -1600, 1600-2400 & 0000-0800).

All as per Si Item No.1.00 here-in-before, but 200 KVA capacity make CG -01, and 30 KVA Capacity make Cummins -01 No installed at Sub stn B, and 62.5 KVA capacity make Kirloskar -01 No installed at Abhimanyu Area with One Skilled DG set operator per shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) for 24 hours daily including Sundays and Holidayscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800 -1600 &1600-2400, & 0000-0800).

All as per Si Item No.1.00 here-in-before, but 180 KVA capacity make Cummins -01 No and 15 KVA capacity DG set installed at FODC complex with One Skilled DG set operator per shift in three shifts (each shift of 08 hours) for 24 hours daily including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (Shifting hours 0800 -1600, 1600-2400 & 0000-0800).

NOTES FOR SER ITEM NO 1 TO 6:- (a) Diesel and lube oil will be issued by the department to the contractor under Schedule 'B' free of cost for running of the DG Sets for incorpotation in work only. However, the contractor has to collect diesel and lubricating oil from MT section of AGE E/M No-1 (NW) Karanja under his own arrangement without any extra cost. (b) The FGM on duty will checks DG sets as per the scheduled daily checks required before starting of Engine. (c ) Proper uniform with name plate displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty persons by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If duty DG Operator found without proper dress and name plate a recovery of Rs. 300/- shall be affected per shift. (d) The contractor/ service providing agency shall be wholly and exclusively responsible for payment of wages of persons engaged by it in compliance with all the statutory obligations under all related legislations as applicable to it from time to time including Minimum Wages Act, Employees Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, etc and the Deptt. MES shall not incur any liability for any expenditure whatsoever on the persons employed by the contractor/ Agency on account of any obligation. The contractor/ service providing agency will be required to provide particulars of PF, Group Insurance of its Employees engaged by him to the GE before processing of RAR payment. (e) Rate quoted against item Nos. 1 to 6 shall be deemed to include cost of tools and plants, transportation, dismantling, re-fixing charges and materials such as grease, gland packing cotton waste, nuts, bolts and washers etc.,

(f) Operator has to ensure availability of diesel, water, coolant, engine oil for Gen Sets and in case of failure, operator has to immediately inform to Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Uninterrupted power supply shall be provided for operation of lifts, water supply and fire fighting pump sets and other installation as the case may be in the event of failure of main supply by starting diesel engine driven generating set (DG set) and operating change over switch including test run of DG set weekly. (h) old serviceable materials obtained from maintenance of DG Set, shall be handed over to AGE E/M-I stores yard. (j) The DG set operators shall be ITI qualified with sufficient experience and should be capable to rectify both mechanical as well as electrical defects for smooth functioning of DG Sets. (k) The quoted rates shall also include cleaning of surroundings of DG set installation i.e. cutting of shrubs, for cleaning will be arranged by the contractor. (l) The quoted rates shall also include cleaning of DG set and vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc., around DG set Bldg/ area/ compouned shall be carried out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(m) Contractor should visit the work site, being grouping of installation before quoting the rates. Operator will operate the DG Set in sequentialy. (n) The consumption of fuel during M&O period will be closely monitered by site executives and proper record to be maintained to avoid any misuse. (o) The contractor shall record running of DG Set as per Hour meter of DG Set and if it is defective he will replace immediately within time frame given by Engineer-in- Charge or JE (E/M). (p) Rates quoted above include reliever to the person employed in the shifts. (q) Weekly off shall be given to the employed staff and alternate arrangement shall be made by contractor. (r) The contractor should not retain the old employees of previous contract. (Note: Diesel DHPP 'N' will be issued under Sch 'B')
