Replacement of Faulty Portion of Ring Main Cable from Glide Path to LLZ at Nagpur Airport. SH - II - Laying of LT Cables and Allied Works.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm size (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end caps etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Re-installation of outdoor type feeder pillar box including providing breakable coupling - 4 Nos., 50 mm GI Socket - 4 Nos., 40 mm GI threaded nipple - 4 Nos., GI / CI flange mounting arrangement - 4 Nos., anchor bolts etc. (excluding PCC) complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

3.5 core X 120 sq.mm. (Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm.)

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of following size using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method for Cable Diversion etc. as required.

140 mm, PN-6, HDPE PE-63 grade.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (SIZE : 18 Meter X 0.35 Meter X 0.101 Meter).

Excavation for cable trenches in hard rock/PCC/Bituminous not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift up to 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Supply of nominal 2.0 mm +/- 10 % thick electrically insulated synthetic mat confirming to IS 15652:2006 and meeting all technical specifications / IS standard / OEM recommendations and suitable for all voltages upto 3.3 KV etc. complete as required.

Supply of nominal 3.0 mm +/- 10 % thick electrically insulated synthetic mat confirming to IS 15652:2006 and meeting all technical specifications / IS standard / OEM recommendations and suitable for all voltages up to 33 KV etc. complete as required.

ITC of nominal 2.0 / 3.0 mm +/- 10 % thick electrically insulated synthetic mat along with suitable adhesive/ chemibound/ PU resin, sealing material and similar tape of matching colour and matching design tapes for aesthetic look of the insulation over the joints and edges etc. as required.

Supply of Outdoor High bay type 70 watt LED lighting fixture, IP66, made of die cast Aluminium housing with lens & toughened glass, nominal system lumen output of minimum 7700 lumens (110 Lumens / Watt), shall comply with IS 10322 requirements and technical specifications etc. as required. - Similar to Crompton Cat Ref: LHB-11-70-CDL/60 / Halonix Cat Ref.:HLBL-ML-70-CWL or equivalent.
