Chair Verandah JCO/OR : FD/MAP-II/15 : M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Chair Verandah PVC including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drawing :-

PVC Seat of size 455mmx455mmx4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm,

PVC Seat back size 455mmx455mm x4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm, PVC efgs 20mm folded towords back.

Preparation of all exposed steel surface of Chair Verandah PVC (old/new) and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel white paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Table Dining 6 Pers (FD/MAP-II/ 03) Removal of following unserviceable/broken wooden components Table Dining 6 Person w/o damaging other parts and S&F new components of well seasoned teak wood as per drawing :-

Top made out of plywood size 1500x900mmx18mm thick commervial BWR Gde ply wood with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet to be pasted on top & 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround.

Leg made of teak wood 90x45x750mm

Top rail (longer side) made out of teak wood of size 1500x90x50mm.

Top rail (shorter side) made out of teak wood of size 900x90x50mm

Stiffner made out of teak wood of size 900x90x30mm

Polishing to table dining 6 persons with two coats of french polish after necessary preparation of existing surface all as directed.

Table Dressing Ladies including Stool FD/MAP-II/07 Repairs to the following parts of table dressing ladies including stool as shown in drawing and directed :-

Replacement of unserviceable looking mirror of size 1210x420x5 mm thick fixed on existing frame. Make-Modiguard /Swastik/Atul

Supply and fixing foam cushion of size 410x300x75mm of 40 density with leatherite cloth (as per sample) for stool. Make-Feather Foam/Kurlon/Sleepwell

Replacement of drawer made out of well seasoned teak wood all as shown in drawing.

Polishing to wooden parts of table dressing ladies including stool with two coats of french polish after necessary preparation of existing surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bed Hard (FD/E6/ MAP/ 08(R)) M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Bed Hard including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drawing:-

Supply and Fixing Top of Plywood of size 1930mm x 850mm x12mm thick 7 ply commercial BWR grade type BB Single piece fixed with screw as in Bed Hard Make: Kitply/Greenply/ Century / Archid, ISI Marked.

Preparation of all exposed steel surface of Bed Hard by scrapping with sand paper and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel Black paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Chair Wooden Bottom w/o Arm (FD-285) Repair/Replacement of following defective wooden components Chair Wooden Bottom w/o Arm w/o damaging other parts and S&F new components of well seasoned teak wood as per drawing. The wooden surface is prepared by scrapping with Sand paper and making the surface smooth and applying two coats of french polish so as to match with existing surface complete all as specified & directed.
