Earth work in hard soil in exacavation of foundation trenches within 50 m. initial lead and 1.5 m.initial lift including all costs of labour materials required for the work etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling sand in foundation and plinth watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing labours tools,taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm. Down grade size crusher broken hard granite metal laying in 150/100mm thick ramming, compacting to proper thickness.,watering, curing.

F.A brick masonary work in cement mortar (1:6) using F.A bricks of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 35kg per sqcm with dimensional tolerance +/- 2% including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of labour etc complete. IN FOUNDATION & PLINTH

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure having crushing strength not less than 75.00 kg/cm2 immerging the bricks in water not less than six hours before use in masonary.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite(Crusherbroken) chips including cost of all materials, labours T&P etc.with centring and shuttering Complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement.

Rigid & smooth centering and shuttering false,levelled works and dismantling , then after casting including cost of materials complete for plinth band and column footing.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering of RCC works including false works griders,beams,column including removal of form work at all depth and heights.

Cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position of steel reinforcement.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, M.S angles including cost of labour materials transportation etc.complete.

16 mm thick cement Plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing ,etc complete.

12 mm thick cement Plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing ,etc complete.

Cement washing one coat including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application.

Painting two coats of Anti-fugal weather coat water proofing paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application.

One coat of priming with approved primer over new wood work. with cost of all material, labour, T&P etc complete.

Enamel painting two coats with cost of all material, labour, T&P etc complete.
