Dismantling AC/CGI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings and hanger doors including ridges and make good for aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 0.80mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, crumple joint and similar works with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only plain or corrugated steel sheet of any guage or thickness as obtained from dismantling item and shall be fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roof, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The existing Hole shall be filled with the Silicone sealant/ bitumen and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.

Supply & Fix MS works as in wind tie for roof flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc and similar works conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including drilling holes as required all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix rolled MS section as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, verticle members of sheds, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MS plate 6 mm thick plain, cut to shape forming holes and welded to truss and verticle post all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrance, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification:- (a) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. (b)Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proffing compound as per manufactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] liter per square metre on the cleaned plastered surfaces (d) Applying evernly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforces) with polyster non woven fabric wighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

Demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions not exc. 150mm thick, above or below Ground Level, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in roof Kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour rendering 10mm thick cm 1:3 on top of the chaijah with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note WPC will be measured and paid separately.)

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bldg board fixed to timber frame work in repairs with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour plain fillets, square reetangularn or traingular in section clean sawn, secured with screws , in repair works, area exc 3 sqcm but n.exc. 6 Sqm cm, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding fixed with nails in any situation and planed one side as in eave board, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick finishing the surfaces with fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked

Material & Labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc all as specified & directed.
