A concise details project report duly mentioning the arrangement of various rooms, toilets, halls, staircase etc, HVAC, fire fighting, MEP, Engineering services, site development works including internal and external amenities such as water supply and sanitary arrangements and sewerage, air Conditions and garbage disposal and electrical services provided, underground drainage system and earthling etc complete.

One 3D physical model of approved layout and size etc. Complete.

submision of Five copies each of all finally approved Good for construction drawings at the time of call the tenders for fixing the agency for execution of work.( If more copies of drawings are required than the architect will arrange to supply them without any extra cost etc complete.)
