Salvaging of complete CM machines from Panel-24 to Panel-25 of CM-1

Placing of 2 nos. VCBs (one at -26L/21R and another at -33L/21R and laying and hanging of approximately 700m 6.6 KV grade cables of 95 sq.mm dia. From -15L/21R to -33L/21R, from there to breaker at -38L/8R for establishing power at panel 25 (CM1).

Advancing of approximately 160 mtr. slack cable laid between VCB and load centre for about 300m by help of MUV and then hanging them behind load centre.

Cable reroute from 21R/-26L. to VCB placed at 21R/-33L and connection at VCB.

Handling and placing the extra cables behind load centre as the load centre move back during shortening of belt from -39L/21R to -37L/21R.

Advancing of approximately 230 mtr. slack cable laid between VCB and load centre for about 96 Mtr. by help of MUV and hanging them behind load centre after the load centre advances 96m (-37L/21R to 37L/19R) (in two shifts as initially 96mtr. of cable will move as the load centre advances and in next shift the left-over slack cables need to be placed behind load centre.

Advancing of approximately 134 mtr. slack cable. laid between VCB and load centre for another 96m by help of MUV and hanging them behind load centre after the load centre advances 96m from panel 24 to panel 25(-37L/19R of Panel 24 to -38L/8R) (in two shifts as initially 96mtr. of cable will move as the load centre advances and in next shift the left-over slack cables need to be placed behind load centre.

Loading and transportation of two nos. of 6.6KV/550V 315KVA transformers, with cables 550V grade/70sq mm/ of approximate length 600mtr from 21R/-15L by MUV and unloading manually and placing of transformer on platform at -38L in between 7R & 8R and laying of cables behind transformer.

Dismantling of 150 mtr. (4 pillars and 22 mtr. extra, pillar size is 32 mtr. centre to centre) of 1200mm belt structure i.e. from -40L to approx. 10m distance from -35L/20R of 20R Belt) (weight of 1200mm structures is 0.085 Te /mtr.)

Transporting of Dismantled Structures and Belting, 4-inch size Pipes, lockout, audio cables of -40L/20R to between -35L/20R and -36L/20R of 20R Belt (Panel 24 CM1) (10 mtr. From -35L/20R) of 20R belt Conveyor and unloading at about 15 mtrs aside for clearing the site and also grouting of tail end frame, belt jointing and trial run of Belt Conveyor in each time, to be done for 1 time shifting

Clearing of site by removal of dismantled belt structures of 1 pillar (pillar size is 32 mtr. centre to centre), which includes 11 foot stools, 22 structures, 33 top brackets, 99 top rollers and 11 bottom rollers, pipes of 4-inch size of about 5 nos. at -40L/20R to about 15 mtrs. aside

Similarly clearing of site by removal of dismantled belt structures of another 3 pillars and additional 22 mtrs., which includes 41 foot stools, 82 structures, 123 top brackets, 369 top rollers and 41 bottom rollers, pipes of 4-inch size of about 18 nos. from-39L/20R to 10 mtrs from -35L/20R towards -36L/20R

Unlapping pulling out and removal of 1 pillar 64 mtr. long, 1200mm PVC belting for clearing of site at -40L/20R of 20R Belt Conveyor (pillar size is 32 mtr. centre to centre)

Similarly, Unlapping, pulling out and removal of another 236 mtr. 1200mm PVC belting from -40L/20R to 10 mtrs from -35L/20R towards -36L/20R

Transportation and installation of Tail-end Unit Complete with dust collector of 20R belt conveyor (in 3 times from-40L/20R to about 10 mtrs from -35L/20R towards -36L/20R)
