Earth work excavation in all soils with initial lead and lift excepting all kinds of rock dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and initial lift etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers..

Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

Providing Granular Sub Base using materials as per clause 401.2.1 viz., sand,moorum,gravel,crused stone indiviuals or combination thereof which satisfies the grading III as per table 400.1 and satisfies the physical standards given in clause 401.2.2 and gives the 20 CBR including cost and conveyance of earth all materials and hire and machinery charges of tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges as per MORTH revision IV.

Providing laying spreading and compacting wet mix macadam, with claen, crushed, graded aggregates and garnular material and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the engineer

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm overthe WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs ofbituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter areaincluding cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminousbinder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 ofMORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Dense Bituminous Mecadam - 50mm thick using Central Hot mix plant:Providing and laying of 50mm compacted Bituminous macadam using 0.42M3 26.5-11.2 mm graded metal & 0.10 M3 of 11.2 to 2.8 mm graded metal & 0.18 M3 2.8 mm & below with 38 Kg of bitumen for premixing per 10 m2 including cost of conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen & aggregates to required temperature & mixing them in required temperature in central Hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix is required temperature for uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades & cross sections & compaction by 80 - 100 KN power roller including to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen in bitumen boiler & metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to power site etc. including hire charges & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper truks, paver finisher power rollers & all other tools & plants required including all other incidental charges etc., completed as per specification using CMP clause 504 of most specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 10% of Plastic Waste and 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 45.27kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass benads on bituminous suface.Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level,uniform and free form streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing unidirectional Reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility, with plastic body of RPM/ road studs moulded from ASA (Acrylic Strene Acryionitrite) or HIPS ( High – Impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or duel prismatic cube capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent etc. complete. ( As per Technical specification of NHAI clause A-8)
