Repair to pot holes of any depth , not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth. Making good by applying a tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 kg per X Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadum , well rammed and sealed with 9.8 kg of binder VG-30 per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stones chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder VG-30 and chippings.) Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm all as spd and directed.

Preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the claned surface with air compressor to remove loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a tack coat @ 5 kgs per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bitumenous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient.

M&L for preparation of new /old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes , arrows, letters etc on road applied hot thermoplastic road marking paint with glass beads min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORT & H specifications 4th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bitminous semi dense asphaitic concrete 30mm consolidated thckness with 5.5% bnder content by weight of total mix, rolled and completed to required gradient complete as specified and directed. (Spreading by mechanical paver) complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

Supply and fixing as in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make OSCAR OS-785 / Equvalent of Dark Eye complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; includ 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 as in sub base complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exe 50mm deep but n.exc 100mm deep

M&L 150mm thick WBM (compacted thickness) laid in two layer .consolidate thickness of each layer is 7.5cm of WBM, with granite/basaltt coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated and rolled to 8 to 10 ton power roller to gradient and camber required

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) Note :- Primixed Bituminus mecadam shall be mixed in hot plant transported to work site an laid spread leveled with mechanical paver mechine complete.

M&L Preparing unsurfaces water bound macadum surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. ®

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sq metre

M&L Continuous brick edging; as in repair with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically include demolition.

Moorum/Red bajri, Spread thickness in 50 mm as in lightwear surface ,berm etc.spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tone mechanical power roller complete.
