Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable and outdated flocculator mechanism complete from clarifloculator tank along with unserviceable flash mixer, alum dosing system, reduction gears and other items connected with flocculator mechanism for addition and alteration to make serviceable as per new technology complete all as directed and required at site.

Taking up Cast Iron Water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete of size of 300 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe Class K-9 of size DN 250mm bore with spigot and socket end pipes suitable for tyton joints duly applied with zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen on external surfaces and cement mortar lining with bituminous seal coat on internal surfaces complete confirming to IS-8329 (2000), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in Charge at site. (Make : Electro steel Casting Ltd/TATA Metaliks/ Jindal Ltd / SAW Pipes).

Ditto All as per item No.03 above but of 300 mm bore pipe complete.

M&L for ductile iron fittings, as per IS :9523 (2000), Class K-12 for spigot and socket suitable for tyton joints of size 250mm & 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Electro steel Casting Ltd / TATA Metaliks / Jindal)

Supply & fix rubber gasket, suitable for 250mm & 300mm bore DI pipe and fittings such bends (any type, radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend increasing decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Pipes with double flanged including bends and fittings of size 200mm dia, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Pipes with double flanged including bends and fittings of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron non return valve, swing Horizontal type foot valve with rubberised steel ball and CI body flanged fixed between exit of the pump and delivery pipe line of size 100 mm bore including dismantling old unserviceable one:-

Supply, install, testing and commissioning including partial repairing, reconditioning and upgrading of existing clarifloculator mechanism and replacing worn out / damaged parts & sub units and providing following items:-

Flocculator mechanism of radial flow paddle type with four blades connected to Stainless steel 304 grade impeller & shaft designed running speed of 10 RPM and speed reduction ratio of 1:20 coupled with helical inline gear box of make (Premium (Greaves)/PBL/Bonfigoli/Elecon) and compatible to couple with motor of capacity 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 1440 RPM with TEFC IP-55 and mounting the complete flocculator mechanism on supporting structure made of MS Channel & Angle fabricated frame including painting with two coats of high build chlorinated rubber paints over a coat of red oxide primer all MS structures other than Stainless steel structure. - 02 Nos all as directed by Engr -in - charge. (Note: The cost of installing, testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Clarifier mechanism with peripheral driven half / full bridge supported rack arm scrapper design type made of MS Angle & Channel fabricated rack arm fitted with extended scraper blades & brass squeezes at scraper speed of 5 RPH with Provision of speed reducer type of single worm and worm wheel gear box of make : Premium (greaves)/Radicon / Elecon compatible to couple with 5 HP sq cage induction motor, 3 phase, 440 volts, 1440 RPM, 50 Hz including painting of all wetted parts with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of primer and other parts shall be painted with two coats of high build rubber paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Note: Existing M.S channel fabricated super structure bridge shall be scrapped and painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of primer including provision of new FRP gratings for entire existing M.S channel fabricated super structure bridge, existing traction rail & trolley shall be serviced for smooth operation. Provision of Weir plate & Baffle plate in FRP with SS hardware shall be provided all around the clarified and complete rack arm with cone scrapper is made of Stainless steel - 304 shall be provided - 01 No all as directed by Engr -in - charge. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Flash mixer axial flow propeller type with three blade impeller and shaft is made of Stainless steel 304 grade at a running speed of 72 RPM with speed reduction ratio of 1:20, speed reducer type of single worm & worm wheel made of bronze (Make: Premium (greaves) /Radicon/Elecon)designed to couple with 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 1440 RPM Sq cage induction motor of Make : Kirloskar/ Crompton with provision of mounting arrangement like MS channel & Angle fabricated frame/ stand and mounting stand. (Note: The cost of testing and commissioning to entire satisfaction of Garrison Engineer / Assistant Garrison Engineer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. - 01 No for complete all as specified and directed).
