REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF VTPN, SUBMAIN WIRING AND GI EARTHING AT NEW PROJECT AND OLD PROJECT RESIDENTIAL AREA AT AF STN NAL

Supply and laying in repairs sub main wiring complete with 03 runs ( phase, Neutral & Earthing colour code) of single core 10 sqmm fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable multistranded and sheathed LT 1100 V grade drawn through and including steel metalic conduit 25 mm dia ISI marked and accessories surface fixed on wall /floor etc all as specified. Note:- 03 runs of cable 01 metre 01 run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit for measurement purposes.

Supply and fixing as in repairs vertical TPN DB double door, IP 45 protection with powder coated enclosure 4 way insulated busbar assembly including MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, 125A, 16 kA - 01 No complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including taking out old unserviceiable earthing and including necessary earth work all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs MCB SPN 10-32 Amps 240Volts, Breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs ELCB SPN 40 Amps 240Volts, complete all as specified and directed.
