Providing and filling of transformer oil in transformers along with allied works and repair to 7.5 ton EOT crane at Raya Lift irrigation Station

Disconnecting the main supply from the 33 KV line and thereafter disconnecting all the electrical connections of 2.5 MVA 33 KV/440V Transformer unit no. 1 and 2 installed at Lift Irrigation Station Raya. Removing of top cover plate of the transformer by way of dismantling nuts / bolts with the help of skilled labour. After removing the top cover, tightening of nuts / bolts of bush copper plates. Disconnecting the bus strips from the phase and neutral connections and thereafter checking all the components on output side and tightening all the loose fasteners. Closing the top cover plate of the transformer and tightening all the nuts and bolts to make it air tight. Complete greasing of gear mechanism of transformer with good quality grease conforming to IS standards. Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 100 litres in each transformer after preheating the same to remove moisture in the oil. Topping of oil should be done properly with the oil pump to avoid any wastage / spillage. Connection of all the control system from Buchholz Relay and Winding of transformer to HT panel no. 1 to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the transformer with copper control cable 8-core 1.00 sq. mm 15 m length approximately with other fittings as per site requirement of any IS standard

Repair of semi Electric Overhead Travelling crane,7.5 ton capacity, double girder type at Raya Lift irrigation station by way of dismantling the brake assembly and repair to inoperative/damaged electro hydraulic thrustor brake and electromagnetic brake for hoisting motion alongwith p/f of brake lining/friction pads in lieu of old damaged /worn out one’s on the brake shoes and filling of transformer grade oil in the hydraulic thrustor and also elongation of cross travel sprocket wheel operating chain(link and endless type) by 02 mtrs. The job involves servicing of limit switches, contactors, relay and terminal bay. Cleaning of the complete crane structure, open gears, track wheels, complete longitudinal travel girder track /rail (both sides of the span) with organic solvent /diesel/emery paper and also removal of debris and greasing/oiling/lubricating the gears and rotating parts. The Job also involves the cost of material, labour charges, to and fro carriage charges.
