Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 4+8 Way Double Door MCB Distribution Box made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint, suitable for 440V, AC to fix on surface / recess, complete with Din Rail consisting of 1 x 40Amps 4 Pole RCCB having a sensitivity current 30mA, 3 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, "C" Curve, 10KA Breaking Capacity and blank plates. The output from the RCCB to be connected to the 3 x 32 Amp MCBs as Input with independent 6.0 sq.mm single core copper wires, duly terminated with copper lugs. Labour charges for 8 feet depth earth pit below ground level, to dig including hard soil, rocks etc.,if any encountered, fixing the Item No:13, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:13 as required, already estimated under S.No.13).

Dismantling & taking down Old light Fittings / related wirings, hardwares etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input and insulating the same, depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Auction / Electrical Section Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet raised with Sand, Cement and Bricks etc., As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats / solid wire to use only SS nut, bolts and washers.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00mm dia copper wire in 15mm G.I. pipefrom earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.
