S&F factory made single extruded solid UV Rinted decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprishing of virgin polymer of K valve 58-60 9suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength 50N/mm2, modulus of elasticty850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borger proof, water/mpisture proof and free retardnat. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 micronsthick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threated star headed counter sunk SS Screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed in repair 18/19mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, including necessary wooden or PVC lipping all around fixed with screws/nails to timber frame or wooden cleats work as in shelves of cupboards etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 25mm outer dia stainless steel decorative drapery rod of thickness 20 gauge and for every 01 RM length, provide 10 numbers stainless steel wings with 50 mm dia and proportionate for part there off, with stainless steel brackets near to ends with stainless steel finials for 25mm dia drapery rod at both ends. Note :-The drapery rod shall be projecting 150 mm outer side from the clesr opening of doors/windows. ( Including necessary fittings) complete all as specified and directed.

All depressions, unevenness, surface honeycombng shal be repaired using Berger HS Latex plus (or equivalent) modifiled polymer mortar with a bonding coat of Berger HS latex plus (or equivalent) modified cement slurry. Including cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose paricles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding aby sharp edges, etc. Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix 'CD' on page no. 111 of tender documents as per Sch 'A' Note No 19 Page No 17).

M& L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring not less than 19mm thick (size of stone shall not less than 55cmx55cm), 75mm wide white marble border alround, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed base in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for machine cut Kota stone slab not less than 19mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 15 mm thick screed base in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.
