Earthing of supports with M.S. Earth Rod 2.5 Mtr. in length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of G.I. Wire 8 SWG, Nuts & bolts and earthing lugs.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor in accordance with profiles and sag chart including binding, jumpering and fixing of all accessories in 3 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Fixing of cross bracing sets from M.S. Angle 65 x 65 x 6 / 50 x 50 x 6mm including cutting, drilling holes and providing M.S. Bolts of required size as per relevant drawing.

Providing and Fixing of danger board at each location as per relevant drawing.

Guarding between two poles like Single / Double / Tri / Four poles etc. to guard L.T. / 11KV/ Telephone lines, Road / River Crossing etc. with G.I.Wire 6 SWG and G.I. Wire 8 SWG including fixing of guarding channel with clamps and nuts & bolts etc. as per relevant drawing.

Continuous Guarding between two poles like Single / Double / Tri / Four poles etc. to guard L.T. / 11KV/ Telephone lines, Road / River Crossing etc. with G.I.Wire 6 SWG and G.I. Wire 8 SWG including fixing of guarding channel with clamps and nuts & bolts etc. as per relevant drawing.

Making H.T. Connection of the proposed line, on to the existing 33 KV bay/ Line from where line is emanating and another at 33 KV Sub-Station. The work consists of fixing of tension fitting Insulators, Jumpering, Clamping and binding etc. at the end as per site conditions.

Choping of branches of trees such as Eukeyleptus, Neem, Kedar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

ERECTION & GROUTING OF TERMINAL GANTRY STRUCTURE:- The work incudes fabrication of Terminal gantry 8.23 Mtr. Long as per drawing No. RES.38. Digging of Two Nos. pits of size 2.2 mtr. X 1.4 mtr. X 0.75 mtr. Providing stone pad at the bottom of the trench and grouting of the two legs of the terminal gantry in CC ( Cement,Coarse sand and Stone grit of 20 mm gauge.) in the ratio 1:3:6 including supply of all T & P, shuttering etc. in a block of size 2.2 mtr. x 1.4mtr. x 0.75mtr. The work consists of dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtrs, raising and erecting the two fabricated legs of terminal gantry in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both the plinths of the terminal gantry shall be properly finished with champering of edges.

ERECTION & GROUTING OF ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtrs. in height as per drawing No. RES.39. Digging of two No. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x 0.3 Mtr., providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( Cement, Coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge ) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr. x 0.9 mtr. x 0.3 mtr. including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting upto 40 meters, raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges.

ERECTION & GROUTING OF POST INSULATOR STRUCTURE/ LIGHTENING ARRESTOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of Post Insulator / lightening Arrestor Structure as per drawing No. RES. 39. Digging of two No. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.3 x 0.3 Mtr., Providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm. gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr. X 0.3 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr. including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtrs., raising and erecting the two legs with top frame above structure in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc. This work also includes providing, fabrication and erection of 3 Nos. M.S. Plates of size 300 x 450 mm., 10mm. thick for each set of post insulator / Lightening arrestor.

INSTALLATION OF ISOLATORS:- Assembling and installation of line/ bus isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

INSTALATION OF POST INSULATOR/ LIGTHENING ARRESTOR:- Installation of 3 Nos. post insulators / lightening Arrestors on the post insulators structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Making vertical / Horizontal jumper connection through Panther to Dog/ Dog to Dog P.G. Clamp from 33 KV bus bar to Terminal Gantry through Line Isolator, Post Insulators & Lightening arrestors etc.

PAINTING OF STRUCTURE:- Painting of the following structure with two coats of Aluminium paint of good quality including cost of material, Labour & T&P complete in all respect. (A) Termanal Gantry

(B) Isolator Structure.

(C) Post Insulator Structure / Ligthening Arrestor Structure.

Providing & laying of G.I. earth Strip of size 50 x 6 mm. for connecting the earth mat with the super structures at two points, security fencing posts, including, digging of trench 500 x500 mm., bending, cutting, straightening and welding of the earth strip with the earth mat and various steel structures using high quality arc welding. The work includes proper overlapping of the strip and jointing by welding.

Painting of earth strip of size 50 x 6 mm., with one coat of ready mixed primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Bus green colour including supply of all material.

Laying of 33 KV Power cable 3 x 300 Sq.mm XLPE through 160 mm dia H.D.P.E. pipe (ISI Mark) 2.5 Meter below ground level by way of boaring/drilling by HDD Method (Trenchless System) across the Railway Track and providing Cable Marker & Wooden Bushes with complete Job. (109.0 ) x 2 = 218 Mtr.

Laying of 33 KV power XLPE 3 x 300 Sq.mm Cable without pipe in loop out side the Railway boundary by excavation of trench as per Resspo norms below ground level ( as per approved drawing of the Railways) including laying of bricks to cover the cable in the cable trench and back filling of earth, ramming and proper dressing (12.0 + 12.0 ) x 2 = 48 Mtr.

Filling of 33 KV out door type heat shrinkable cable jointing kit at the end of cable by plumbing and tapping of cable. Fixing and clampling of proper size and good quality lugs, after providing 3.00 Mtr. long H.D.P.E. pipe 160-mm dia over the 33 KV Power Cable as above Ground Level complete work including cost of insulation tapes lugs, Pipe etc. other than jointing Kits. ( 3+3 ) x 2 = 12 Mtr.

Lifting, mounting/ Fixing and clamping of 33 KV Cable with cable joining kits on already erected Double Pole Structure and making connections with over head line. The work includes the sealing of H.D.P.E. Pipe top. The lower end of the pipe is to be burried into the earth by about one feet.(8+8) x 2 = 32 Mtr.

Railway crossing documentation and pursuance fee etc. required for optaining permission from Railway department. (Actual fee paid by contractor to Railway department will be reimbursed by D.V.V.N.L.)
