ERECTION OF 145 KV P.T. ASSOCIATED STRUCTURE, CABLE LAYING AND TERMINATION

AT 132 KV SUBSTATION MANDUADIH VARANASI.

Sorting, Counting, Stacking erection mark wise and proper loading of auxiliary type BCT structure (approx Wt.-3.0 MT), in private truck/trailer to be arranged by the contractor.

Safe carriage of same loaded structure parts from EFU Naini to Manduadih S/S Varanasi Dist. approx. 140KM

Unloading of carriage structure/tower parts from the truck/trailer. Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the Substation premises as per direction of Supervising Engineer

Erection of auxiliary structure required for installation of PTS on 132 KV bay (Sahupuri, BHU, Raja Talab, Gajokhar and DLW) and 132 KV Bus section III . The job consist of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nut bolts washer etc. from store to site of erection. Erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practice using flat/spring washer with each bolt matching holes, cutting notching of members if reqd. shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material & T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Erection of 145KV P.T on BCT type auxiliary structure of 132 KV different bay/bus as per instruction manual of equipment & technical specification including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. a. 132 KV Bus Section III - 3 Nos. b. 132 KV Sahupuri Bay - 3 Nos. c. 132 KV B.H.U Bay - 3 Nos. d. 132 KV Raja Talab Bay - 3 Nos. e. 132 KV Gajokhar Bay - 3 Nos. f. 132 KV DLW Bay - 3 Nos.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C/R Panel to various equipment Junction boxes/J.B to P.T secondary terminal block etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75mm dist. with M.S. Saddle of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands, plate or box where ever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Earthing of BCT structure ,132 KV P.T with 25x6 mm MS flat including its cutting, bending and welding and jointing the existing earth strip in proper shape and size at two different point as per actual standard practice. Painting of above M.S strip with one coat of red oxide of primer after cleaning the surface properly and thereafter applying two coats of synthetic enameled bus green paint including cost of material and T&P required for completion of work. The MS flat shall be provided by contractor.

Interconnection & jumpering from 132 KV bus / Jack bus to 145 KV PTs including cutting, bending of ACSR Panther conductor and jumpering clamping above with all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and tech. specification with the main & transfer bay feeder
