Supply and installation testing and commisioning of Hot air of Cap (50000 Kcal/ Hr) Standalone air Heater, for space heating of above capacity suitable for indoor operation with heat exchanger diesel/ Kerosene fuel filter, burner, blower fan, automatic digital controller, control panel complete with all fittings, visual controls, safety interlocks, over load relays, timers, fuel tank with all the standard assessories, Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation testing and commisioning for Ducting of including Nitrile rubber insulation of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/ square duct made out of 'L' Shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Guage, Complete all as specified and directed.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling and taking down LT unserviceable panel including all outgoing and incoming connections and making good disturbed area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Busbar chambers with 4 aluminium busbar strip of rating 200 Amp 6 way fixed on angle iron of size 40mm x40mm x5mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanized earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and covered with alternate compact layer of comen salt and charcol dust, connected to Galvanized earth strip of size 25x3mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of Copper earth lead including CI pit cover with frame, PCC earth chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including form work, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for dsired result, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
