Dismantling the existing LED 2'×2' recessed light fittings (36 Nos), single/double T8 lamps with mounting rails (24 Nos), round recessed fittings (32 Nos), footlight fittings (22 Nos), and 16" wall bracket fans (16 Nos), along with the associated wiring (wires, conduits, switch sockets, etc.), carefully using the contractor’s own tools and tackles from their existing positions, and transporting the same to the section office for future use, as directed by the EIC

Dismantling of 09 Nos. main IDU units, each of 2.5 TR capacity, from the 3 × 7.5 TR concealed split (HAT) air-conditioning system, along with hanging tie rods and grouted angle iron frames, including refrig-erant pipelines and electrical cable connections, after disconnecting from both IDU and ODU, carefully using the contractor’s own tools and tackles from their existing positions, and transporting the same to the section office for future use. The work also includes filling any unwan-ted wall openings with sand and cement mortar, as directed by the EIC.

Cost for thorough cleaning by carefully scrubbing with brushes of diffe-rent grades by skilled labour, including cleaning of condenser and cool-ing coils of split units using water jet pressure and appropriate chemic-als cleaning of heat exchangers, axial and centrifugal fans; and reas-sembling the units after complete removal of dust and chemicals. The cleaned machines are to be kept in the sectional store.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 7.5 TR HAT type AC Indoor & Outdoor unit of the following capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioners after making hole in wall & necessary scaffolding arrangement etc as per site condition & direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigerant as per the manufacturer specifications, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor duly painted etc as per direction of the EIC.
