Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains,pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting outexcavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed,within a lead of 50 mtr.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in M-10(1:3:6)) grade, with 40mm nominal size of stone aggregates).

Random Rubble masonry with Hard stone from qyarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand) STEP I

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4graded stone aggregate 12. 5mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing (chainlink panel) of required width in mesh size 50mmx50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge . Made of G.I wire of dia 4mm ( including carriage complete job)

Supply at site 2.0 m high angle iron 45x45x6mm posts placed every 8ft centre embedded in cement concrete blocks, with GI Staples , turn buckles etc. complete( Cost of earth work and concrete to be paid separetely ) including carriage complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etcand removal of form work for.- Small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span , mouldin'g as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, coping, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like
