S&F in replacement AHU filter of size 610mm x 610mm x 50mm, efficiency - 90% down to micron and EU-4, size and CFM shall be as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. [Make:- Thermadyne / Puromatic Dyna or equivalent as approved by GE.]

S&F in replacement AHU filter of size 350x610x50mm, efficiency - 90% down to micron and EU-4, size and CFM shall be as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. [Make:- Thermadyne / Puromatic Dyna or equivalent as approved by GE.]

Taking out the filter from AHU up to 12000 CFM, cleaning the cooling coil with suitable chemical and jet of water pressure with pump and remove all the scales and foreign materials deposited in side coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the paticles and ensure thorough flow of air over the cooling coil and refixing the air filter after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement strip heater element SP, 220 V, 50 Hz, 3 KW capacity, length1.5' to 2.0' and as per site requirement including wiring and connection complete all as specified and directed. [Make :- DASSPASS/RECOLD or equivalent as approved by GE.]

S&F in replacement AHU blower shaft upto 12000 CFM, hollow or solid made out of high speed steel, including machine work up to required dia and length, making slot, key and hole and renewal of backet bearings as per site requirement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping down the existing refrigerant gas in separate cylinder immediately after end of season and at the starting of season carry out pressure leak test by nitrozen gas of the system of AC plant 3 X 250 TR for leak proof valve joint, seal other connected controls, flaries etc including identify & rectify of leak defects and maintaining constant pressure of 160lbs on low side and 200lbs at high side atleast 24 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement thermostate programmable digital temperature control device for cut off in preset Cool/Hot conditions as per the sample complete all as specified and directed. [Make :Yudinyan/Gefran/Fuji or equivalent as approved by GE.]

M&L for descaling of condensser tube of central AC plant of Cap 3 X 250 TR by discconecting the condensser from the system, cleaning by descaling solution of make Hibrid or descaling solution, cleaaning condensser tube by nylon brush & MS rod of suitable size, replacement of rubber joints and unserviceable nut bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Arrangement of required T&P eg. pump, tube, descaling solution, etc shall be provided by contractor. Quoted rates is deemed to include for the same.

Taking out old perished / wornout mechanical oil seal of compressor at coupling end and replacing it with the Genuine Voltas Specfied make, checking for no leakage of oil/gas, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note - Gas & Oil required to be charged after replacement of mechanical oil seal shall measured and paid seperately.

Taking out old defective burnout motor of capacity 25 HP, 3 phase, 440V, 50Hz from foundation and transfer it to workshop for rewinding with super eneamelled copper wire of existing size & guage and replacement of DE & NDE bearing so as to match the manufacturers original specification and refitting the same, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Servicing, oiling and greasing of compressor of central AC plant of cap 3X250 TR including replacement of compressor oil, suction strainer, compressor oil repair kit and liquid filter cartrige etc all as per manufacturer maint guide line complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only Compressure oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply & filling compressor oil CPI120 for compeessor complete all as specified and directed. [Make: HPCL, Indial Oil, Servo-Friz or equivalent as approved by GE.]

Cleaning of cooling tower of central AC plant of cap 2X250 TR by applying suitable chemicals and removing all deposited dust, foregin material, cleaning of filter and servicing of CT fan motor, sprinklar and PVC arms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement CT fan blade for CT motor of cooling tower of central AC Plant of capacity 2x250 TR of make as per site requirement or as per sample complete all as specified and directed.
