Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto lead 20 mtrs
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM ( fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each diposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect in trench weir, sump well, anchor blocks, presedimentation tank steel bridge, check dam, site development works etc.

Civil Work Schedule A1 Pre Setling Tank Construction of RCC Pre Setling tank 103000 liters capcity maximum surface loading rate of 20 cum/sqm /day anda detention period of 2 hours with hopper shaped bottom for collection of sludge and. The slope of hopper wall shall be 55 degree with vertical. The inlet and outlet arrangements shall be designed as per Clause 7.5 of CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment. (Latest edition). The arrangement to remove sludge by hydrostatic pressure shall also be made with proper drainage/disposal arrangements including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil, including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft , walls with all allied Civil Works such as (c/o chamber for valves paid Separatly), refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. (Refer Data Sheet No 1)
Raw Water tank Construction of RCC Circular underground/partially under ground Raw water Tank of 205000 Liters capcity including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil, including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft , walls with all allied Civil Works such as (c/o chamber for valves paid Separatly), refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, . The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness. All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code ans complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawings and designs to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. (Refer Data Sheet No 1A)
Water Treatment Plant:- The scope of work under present tender includes the survey, designing, construction of 1.20 MLD water capacity water treatment plant capable to treat the raw water for Churah constituency Multi Villages of the quality as specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirements of latest CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment (chapter 7) and as specified in basic design data. The CPHEEO water manual on water supply includes the construction of Raw water tank, Intake/Collection Chamber, Parshall Flume, Pre-settling tank with tube settlers, flash mixer, Tapered Flocculator, Rapid sand gravity filter complete including filter media, Back wash water tank with accessories, Alum solution tank, Chlorine contact Tank, Lime solution tank with pumps, electric wiring and panel boards, drainage, sanitation, Clear water Tank, Bye pass arrangements. Rate of filtration should be kept in between 4.8 to 5 m/hr but with the inlet and outlet control arrangement designed to permit 100% overload for emergency occassions. Plant building with water testing laboratory, , interconnecting path, flood lights, Railings, electromechanical Equipments, Lab equipments, furniture and sluice valve chambers, site development upto a minimum of 3 mtr from edge of each unit and panel fencing as per design parameters and specifications including all works pertaining to it. ( Refer to Technical specifications volume-II and Data sheet No.2)
Anchor/Thrust Blocks:- Construction of RCC Anchor/Thrust Blocks for strengthning of Rising mains and gravity mains (avg. size 0.90 x 0.90 x 0.90 mtrs) actual size will be as per site requirment with RCC M20 and M7 in base including excavation and form work complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Refer Vol-II of Technical specifications & Vol-III Data sheet No. 3).
Pump House:- Survey, Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Pump House at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work, wiring, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, external landscaping, dewatering and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system with gantry girder complete,C/ O septic tank,toilet and providing and fixing all sanitary fitting and accessories including all leads and lifts and site development as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawings with designs and one soft copy to the department. The job also includes valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness. All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawings and designs to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Fencing:- Manufacturing ,Supplying and fixing of fencing around the WTP and Storage Tankls with fencing panel of size 1.20m X 1.80m of jali (expended metal) 25 X 25mm mesh welded to M.S black tube 32 mm dia 2 mm thicke with MS flat cover 20 x 25 mm MS hold fast made out of MS flat 32 x 5 mm including cutting welding painting with red oxide paint ( Pillars to be constructed in RCCC )including Supplying and fixing Steel gate 0.925 mtrs wide and 1.20 mtrs long complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer In charge.
Schedule A2 - Pumping Machinery and Electrical works 1st Stage PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle, horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, in series/parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze impellers /priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate(base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL/Crompton/NGEF /GEC/Siemens/Jyoti/ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty point head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirements, including Pump sets(working + standby), necessary piping and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/site, stacking, etc, including earthing ,specials and wastage etc complete, suitable for operation with the following requirement data given below. (Refer Vol-II of Technical specifications & Vol-III Data sheet No. 7)
The motor shall be suitable of running at 400volt + - 10 volts, atleast. It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirements (Refer to Vol-III Data sheet No. 10) including Pump sets (working + standby). All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type. Incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete, necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/site, stacking, etc including specials and wastage etc complete, as per Tender Specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. The cost of stepdown transformer alongwith all its accessories such as cables, panels, etc shall be part of the offer including standby arrangement, the rates shall be quoted with per set rate of pumping machinery(the HP are indicative). Since the re-survey and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the designs/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of designs and drawings, any variation in HP and other accessories, etc. The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly. Schedule A4 Rising Main Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. for pipes and pits for other civil structures upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work,chiselling work , kankar, mooram singles including decomposed in soft /hard work ,chiselling/wedging out of hard and soft rocks where blasting is prohibited, in saturated soil including bailing out the watering, by cutting in slopes where ever required, in rocky portion suitable anchorage shall be provided (anchorage will be paid separately) and stacking the excavated materials not more than 3.00 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soils in 15 cm (fifteen centi meter) layer when required into sides of trenches and above the laid pipes etc. consolidating in each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts, including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal board, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing, etc. After disposal ,the surface shall be neatly dressed and leveled and shoring to its original shape complete in all respect, including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge .
Providing, laying, fixing, jointing and testing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding 94% and 6% MS flanges) in trenches steel pipe of following dia meters conforming to ISO 3183-2012, pipe grade L290 or X-42 (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall conform to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in two layers (two inner and one outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe will include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees etc including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS 4736-1986 standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made form the parent tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani/Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & directin of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches, welding of flanges will be measured and paid for seperately) (Refer Vol-II of Technical specifications & Vol-III Data sheet No. 8)

The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints dully welded in three layers( two inner and one outer) wherever required as per engineer- in charge (earth work in trenches and the cost of flanges I/C nut and bolts gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing fabrication of bends tees i.e lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect tp the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/over cord s/s make. The damaged portion of the pipe and all specials (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube shall be provided anti corrosive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaningand hydraulic testing DP testof butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts (refre data sheet No. 9)

Schedule A7 - Automation AUTOMATION OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer/firm shall provide two alternative proposals for automation (Wired/Non wired) i.e. (i) To automize the entire scheme up to Main storage tank at Trudii & Maloond. The plan of the whole scheme for automation is also to be prepared by the firm, the cost of which has been included in the relevant items. Provision of automation of complete project with main SCADA and control station at one treatment plant at Bruila Nallah including Pump House with remote access at Division Tissa & Sub Division office at Tissa. GSM based devices shall be installed at MBR Node-1C & 2D , which shall send messages through SCADA to stations at two offices and five Mobile Numbers. This data transmission system at each tank of pump station consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system module communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm/contractor will provide the Bulk metering at Water Treatment Plants. The automation of the entire scheme upto main storage tank shall also include the following:- Provision shall be kept for automatic flow measurement and flow control with quality measurement turbidity. b)Water Treatment Plant at Bruila Nallah:- Fully automatized operation including alum dosing and back washing and chlorination from inlet to out let along with automatic sensor for Turbidity, pH and Residual chlorine) Storage Water Tanks at lifting station:-Automatic Inlet and Out Let through single out flow pipe (common header), Low and high level sensor along with all required accessories) Leakage detection mechanism along with necessary relevant provisions complete in all respect be provided. A separate room of proper size for housing automation system shall be provided at each station. It should also include telecommunication comprising of required numbers of connections as per actual requirement at site. The automation system installed at above/aforesaid locations should be theft proof and proper ventilation arrangements be made complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge . the firm/contactor shall submit complete proposal for automation and got approved from competent authority ,alone with presentation before award of project. g)The make of Sluice valve shall be Kriloskar/Leader/KSB. The makes for Electrical actuator for automatic valves shall be Marsh/Auma/Rotex . The make for PLC shall be Siemens/Allen Bradly. The make for ultra Sonic level sensors shall be ABB/Siemens/E&H/Fobes Mrshal. (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason) (Refer Vol-II of Technical specifications & Vol-III Data sheet No. 14)
Schedule A8 -Disinfection System GASEOUS CHLORINATION:- Supplying ,errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination at Main Storage Tank at Trudi complete in all respects having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No sets with Booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 No sets with water piping from water mains to booster pump. It shall also consist of chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg capacity duly approved by CCE Nagpur and filled with chlorine gas 1 No at each along with chlorine analyzer to indicate chlorine content level in the chlorinated water to supply. The contractor/firm shall also supply accessories/spares such as Multipurpose cylinder key-1No, lead washers-6No, Ejector Gasket-2sets, Hose Clips-4No ,Ammonia Bottle-50ml-1No alongwith safety items covering chlorine leak emergency kit, self contained breathing apparatus, Eye-shower for each unit complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Refer Vol-III Data Sheet No.11 for further details)
