Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level in 1:5:10(1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 garded stone )40 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 garded stone )40 mm nominal size

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for·

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Brickwork laid in (1:4) mix using FPS 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 all work upto plinth level including all leads lifts and cariage complete

Extra for brickwork above plinth level upto floor vth

Providing and laying damp proof course 40 mm thick max size of agg 20 mm including all lead lifts and carriages

15 mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement mortar including all lead lifts and carriages

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 cement mortar including all lead lifts and carriages

Finishing walls with water proofing water cement paint of required shade two or more coats including all job complete

Providing and making CIB of approved size by way of making another layer of 12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar on front side outer plastered surface, painting and writings as per the direction of engineer in-charge including supply of materials, carriages all complete. L.M.R.
