Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal tiled floors laid in Cement Mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position wooden Ventilator of various size in all floor with hard kongu wood frames as per drawing including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality and including cost and fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nut, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and putup, pin head 3mm thick pressed glass, furniture fittings, primer etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings andother foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 75 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Writing letters or figure on any surface with enamel painting (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for seperately) of approved colour and quality for 25 CM height letters including cost of enamel paint, labours, scaffolding charges and cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with AISS and as didrectred by the departmental officers.

Writing letters or figure on any surface with enamel painting (stops, comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for seperately) of approved colour and quality for 15 CM height letters including cost of enamel paint, labours, scaffolding charges and cleaning the surface etc., complete complying with AISS and as didrectred by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine period tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing sheet glass 4 mm thick bedded in putty and fixed with wooden beadings including all materials, labour, putty, nails, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
