Name of Work :: Design, manufacturing, Inspection, testing, TPI charges, Freight and material SUPPLY OF SIGHT FLOW INDICATOR for the IOCL, Digboi Refinery DR-1.0 Expansion Project as per specifications and documents mentioned in tender documents.

Notes: (BOQ for Indigenous Bidder) 1. Bid evaluation shall be done on Item Wise basis as specified in SPC & ITB Document. Price Evaluation methodology shall be as follow. For eg. For BOQ Sr. No. 1, The Total amount shall be (Quantity x Basic Unit rate) + Freight charges + Applicable taxes . 2. Bidder to furnish Unit rate for Supply inclusive of Third party inspection charges, Erection & Commissioning Spares, Special Tools & tackles (if applicable), documentation and others scope as defined in material requisition excluding Freight charges. 3. Freight charges to quote separately as per the columns provided in the BOQ. These charges shall be part of price evaluation. 4. Scanned / photocopy of this Price BOQ is not acceptable. Such bids shall be rejected. Bidder to submit price in this BOQ only and put their prices in the cyan colored cell without changing the format. 5. If ‘Basic Unit Price’ against line item of BOQ is left ‘blank’ or zero (0) by Bidder in Basic Cost ( Column 13), it shall be considered as ‘ITEM NOT QUOTED’,However if other columns(Column No. 37) of BOQ is left ‘blank’ or zero (0) by Bidder then it shall be considered as 'included in basic supply cost'. 6. The Amount Calculated in Column 53 (INR) shall be the total landed cost of each line item quoted by the Bidder. 7. Bidder shall provide a detailed billing schedule for the material on award of work( if required). 8. GST @ 18% has been entered in BOQ (Column 38 for Supply & Freight) for calculation purposes.
