Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair mixed with water proofing coompound on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

PVC flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, dual flush syphonic action type, any shade, with side handle, ISI marked (IS: 7231) with flush pipe and all fixing arrangements, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE: PRAYAG Cat No. 502 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B'.

Reinforced concrete pipe class NP-2, ISI marked, laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete with collars complete all as specified of following size:-

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm bore,making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing bencing for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching etc complete all as specified.

Removing of blockage / cleaning of sewage lines 100 mm bore laid at any depth (either manually or mechanically) by removing all type of sand/ sludge/ silt and any other foreign material deposited in it including manholes and removing the same outside MoD land in closed tanker etc complete.

Removing existing cover slab and re-fixing the same after cleaning of drain/Nallah properly without damaging the cover slab complete.

100mm dia cast iron spun type soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to wall IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

Cast iron branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches suitable for Cast iron soil waste discharge pipes 100 mm bore, with oval access door, ISI marked , IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.
