Demoiishing R.C.C.Work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservicable material with in 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer -en charge DSR NO 15.3

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km from the site of work & in cluding watering dressing etc labour & T&P etc.req. for the completion of the work sapling of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground lvl.& removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50.0m out side the perifery of area cleared, as per DSR NO 2.27

Concrete with 40mm gauge Stone/ballast coarse sand of 2.20 fineness modulous & Cement in proporation of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, includingsupply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work.DSR NO 4.1.8

RCC Work With cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Plinth Beam excluding supply of reinforcemnt and its bending but inculding its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I, binding wire and excluding necessary centering and its shuttering etc. and supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. DSR NO 5.1.2

Non modlar Brick work in 1:6 Cement & Coarse sand and Coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortor in Super structure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as req. thickness of wall not be less then 1.0 brick thick add extra labour supply of all materials, labour and T&P ete. Required for proper completion of the work. DSR NO 6.4.2

The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid cxtra(S.I. No. new item 5.17 t & course sand and course sand of 2.20 F.M. mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, 6 labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.DSR NO 5.3

M.S or iron in plain work such as R.C.C or reinforced brick work (When not included in an over all rates wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and inckludind supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping &hooks. (5.22.6)/DSR

Painting roofs or other iron work in large arepainting with synthetic enamel pant of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given shade as per direction of Engineer as per DSR NO 13.99.1

12 mm thick plaster with cement & Coarse sand of 2.2 fineness mouslus in 1:6, over brick work min, thickness not be less then 1em in cluiding supply of all materials labour tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer as per DSR NO 13.4.2

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint or approved and quality on new work with two coats to give as even shade includeing supply of all materials labour and T&P etx required for completionDSR NO 13.109.1

Providing and laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600 mm x600 mm size in flooring or skirt ing laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all materials, labour T &P required for proper completion of work. dsr 11.41.2

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class pvc conduit, with mdular type switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Grup A DSR 1.10.3

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class pvc conduit alongwith 2 Nos. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. Circuit/sub main wiring PVC conduit dsr 1.13

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class pvc conduit as required. 2x1.5 sq mm+1x1.5 sq mm earth wire dsr 1.14.1

Supply and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. S/f modular type elctronic fan rgulator dsr 1.25

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. Dsr 1.31

Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing. dsr no 10.18
