Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or plinth from the foundation trenches as per S.I. No. 251 (a).

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proprtion of 1:3:6 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of ENC as per SOR SI No 281.

M-150 class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and upto plinth level including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work as per SI No 305(a).

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No 582.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work as per SI No 279(b).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density etc Complete as per technical specifications.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grde cement, mixed in a concrete mixer, using approved mix design , laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, including levelling the formwork as per drawing), curing of concrete for 14-days & work as per SI No-20.14(a) Complete
