Taking down Cable Jointing kit, outdoor and indoor termination kit any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down anticlimbing device spikes any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for anticlimbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) incl nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape of the pole with applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling HT insulator any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly suitable for 11000 volt grade supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 11 KV grade pin type insulator of 150mm height, 150mm dia complete including spindle, washers etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13.00 here-in- before but Excavation in hard soil or bituminous road / hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down 18cm,and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, type 1 size 300 mm x180 mm x 40mm thick in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for relaying of old unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, type 1 size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm thick obtained from item No. 20.00 here-in-after in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/up XLPE cable HT 3 core 95 Sqmm including cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole, along Transformer, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm bore HDPE Pipe PN 10 for cable protection with all fixing accessories such as 40 x3mm Clamps of suitable length, Nuts, bolts and washers and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GOD/DO fuse with all fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of dropout fuse (DO Fuse) unit expulsion type for outdoor air break switch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 10-60 Amps only all as specified and directed.

Taking out VCB of any type make after disconnecting all electrical connection from common bus bar and removing nuts and bolts etc and dismantling the same for inspection, finding out minor defects and rectify the same complete with cleaning, servicing, over hauling, calibration etc and setting of relays for tripping accuracy all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton/Areva/Alstom/Schinder/ABB. Note* Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items, however labour charges for fixing of spares are included in this item.

(b) Any minor adjustment for the fixing the item if required at site contractor shall be carried out at site without any extra cost.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated device (GOD), triple pole mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11 KV H.T. porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod, 25mm dia of suitaale length with operating mechanism working from ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle, suitable for current rating upto 200Amp, 11000 Volts working pressure all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to transformer, pole mounted/plinth mounted, indoor or outdoor type including to stop the leakage of transformer by lifiting removing coils & core assembley with the help of chain pully block/crane, removing transformer oil, tap changer and other parts and replacing cork sheet gasket 5mm thick, reassembling the transformer completely refilling transformer oil, connecting HT/LT connection, inspection and testing on completion of capacity 100 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing old silica gel, cleaning breather and filling new silica gel complete all as directed.

Taking down old porcelian bushing HV side/LV side, HV/LV brass rod of any size and make along with brass nuts and rubber bush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Porcelain bushing LV side 440Volt of required/adequate size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of HT bushing porcelain, vitreous brown/green 11000 Volts grade suitable for any type of transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing HV rod brass, 12mm dia with brass nut 2 Nos and rubber bush 300mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LV rod brass 15mm dia, 300mm long with rubber bushing and brass nuts 2 Nos all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LV rod brass 20mm dia 300mm long with rubber bushing and brass nuts 2 Nos all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnections LT and HT terminals/cables from transformer of capacity 315 KVA, fixing and installation of spare transformer in place of unservicable one or making proper arrangement for distribution of load on nearest transformer as per site requirement. Transportation of repairable transformer to contractor work shop and re-installation after repair at same site deemed to be included within the quotated rate by the Contractor.

All as per item No 65.00 above here-in-before but 200 KVA transformer.

All as per item No 65.00 above but from 63KVA to 100 KVA transformer. Note for item Nos. 65.00 to 67.00:- Rewinding of coils and replacement of spare parts required shall be measured and paid under relivent item of this Schedule.

Note :- stationary moving contact, post insulator, GI pipe and handle shall be measured & paid separaletly.

Labour only for trimming of tree branches touching to the HT over head line or near to the HT over head line as per the direction of AGE E/M/ JE incharge complete including removing the tree branches from site complete as specified and directed. Note for Item Nos. 85.00 and 86.00 above :- (i) Written shut down to be taken from concerned JE/AGE (E/M) for the job. (ii) Span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 RM) will be considered as a one Job (iii) Any damage cause due to contractor men will be rectified without any extra payment (iv) T & P such as ladder, rope, cutter, Axes and other material will be provided by the contractor.

Material and labour required for locating fault in U/G HT cable by using fault detector machine including transportation and by carring out high pressure test all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dehyderation, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, both indoor/outdoor/ pole mounted/ plinth mounted HT switch gear etc at different locations by suitable dehgydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed Note :- Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply only for toping up of transformer oil level with and including new transformer oil confiming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for acidity test of insulating oil of pole mounted/ plinth mounted transformer all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces for HT steel poles including cross arms, channels, clamps etc painting by scrapping old damaged paints and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole Nos and writing "HT" with black paint on yellow/Red circuit the bottom of pole as per the existing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of Two pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint and writing "HT" and Pole No in black paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of Four pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint and writing "HT" and Pole No in black paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of jump connection by using ACSR conductor weasel, alkathine pipe, aluminium lugs, nuts, bolts etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone aggregate 40mm graded spreading and leveling aroung 2 pole/ 4 pole structure where GOD installed including well ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning/ removal of unwanted vegitation to be done while laying the stone aggregates without extra cost.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified including testing on completion”.
