3.3 (a) Each tenderer should demonstrateavailability of few key equipments/machineryfor execution of the work. However as perGovt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022dt 11-05-2022, this clause for owning keyequipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00crores is exempted. However it is obligatoryfor the contractor to use the followingmachineries for various activities involved inconstruction as per MORTH specification. andContractor should produce the document ofSurvey Equipment.

Annual Turnover Certificate UDIN is Prefered on Turnover Certificate 2020-21 to 2024-25

The Contractor Must Enclose Equipment Demonstration Certificate Issued By Consent Division After delivering Demonstration of the Equipments.

For CAT-IIA contractors reservation category participate in the tender, the contractors should upload the Domicile Certificate stayedin KARNATAKA for minimum of 10 years issued by a competent authority / Tahsildar. and This Tender is reserved for CAT-IIA Contractors only.
