Earth work excavation in all clauses of soils with initial lead and lift except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete for foundation as per SS 20B for foundation

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40m ISS size HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using country bricks including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Filling with Excavated Earth including watering & Ramming etc., complete.

Supplying and filling with sand including all cost and conveyance and labour charges for watering & Ramming etc., complete.

Centering charges for all concrete works including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tieing and placeing in position etc., complete.

RCC in cm1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour of size 305 x 305 x 6mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 base above existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments.

Dadooing the walls with glazed square tiles of 150 x 150 x 6mm in cm 1:2 mix, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg per in mixed with colour pigment with all cost.

Providing Weathering course with Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound and top pointing with same oiled mortar including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Exterior Emulsion using best quality and approved cement paint over one coat of cement paint primer including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges etc., complete.
