Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work / steel work.

Wall painting with Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Polishing on wood work with readymade wax polish of approved brand and manufacture on old work.

Providing and Fixing factory made UPVC windows frame, made of UPVC extruded sections, of size 65 mm × 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of size 28 mm × 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos. of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fasteners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification including 35 mm thick factory made Solid panel PVC window shutter with sliding option, made out of single piece extruded solid PVC profile fitted with 8 mm thick single toughened glass including rubber insertion washers, hinges and handles. (Includes all fittings and fixtures as required on site or directed by Engineer Incharge).

Terra Kota Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. The work shall include cleaning of surface by way of removal of vegetation and dirt from the surface, complete.
