Proof of manufacturing facitities with photos and copies of relevant industrial permissions/license to be submitted along with bills / tender as documentary evidence.including all cost of material, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work. Providing , Supplying and Pouring of Grout(1:1.5 cement mortar ) including all cost of material ,labour ,t&p etc complete in Articulating Block Fabric Form as mentioned in Cl.
