Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc.

M & L for Point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm size for one light point ,fan point, exhaust fan point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC casing caping of approved size and quality ISI marked, (in stone/brick/block masonary) including all other required accessories as specified in preamable 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'point wiring' fixed on wall/ceiling including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch,sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover in brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting,chasing, pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:-the rate for point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

M & L for sub main wiring with 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand, FRPVC sheathed two run (as phase and neutral) and run 2.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in drawn in one PVC Casing capin wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick burried directly in ground any type of soil including rocky soil also(earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, as earth lead complete including 40 mm bore dia protection pipe GI medium grade upto 7.5m length, watering pipe 15mm bore dia GI medium grade 1.70m length, charcoal & salt filling, necessary earth work, concrete pit, funnel removal of surplus soil upto 50m distance all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connected to earthing test point, main board including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour factory made sheet metal enclosure dust and vermin proof made out of 2.00mm thick Ms sheet of suitable and depth with double door hinged shutter and locking arrangement forspace of fixing exiting 04 Nos KWH meter etc flushed/semi flushed /grouting on wall as per site requirement including DIN rail channel mount MCB,s SP/SPN in 3 rows and provide TPN aluminium bus bar channel of rating 200 Amps with 01 Incomer MCB 63 Amps 4 pole and 04 Nos MCB DP 20 to 40 Amps with proper 6 sqmm wire dressed tied wiring in side the meter panel for Main incomer MCB to Out going DP MCB duly mounted on 'F' class insulator with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and powder coated paint after prepration of surfaces with suitable glass vision of meter reaing in panel complete all as directed (Note: Unit rate shall be inclusive of making good the area not exceeding 0.6 sqm and not exceeding 0.125m depth for filling the hollow existing surface with half bricks in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
