Demolition of unreinforcement Concrete of any description and in any position incl tiles etc not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but backing and rubbish off permises all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry and then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder complete all as specified.(IWPC will be paid separately)

S&F 40 mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressurerating 6 kgf/cm2 fi xed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) in sub base, mass concrete & cinder concrete etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs white vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern (white) including trap and necessary fixing with existing waste pipe, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squating pan 'Orissa' pattern WC size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rest and trap and including connection to trap, fixing with existing waste pipe and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor all as spd.

S&F in repair 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless shyphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float valve and handle incl bracket and flush pipe of low level of 32mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair chromium plated health foucet with 8mm dia and 1.2 m long flexible tubes and wall hook suitable for EWC including nut/washer complete.

S&F PVC connection 15mm dia size and 450 mm long with 2 Nos check nuts its washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) nahani/ floor trap, plain with grating with or without waste hole including jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm / 300x200x7mm/350x250x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof (flat or sloped) and canopies / chajjas of building including removal of debris out side MD land all as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces.

Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, APP based polymeric membrane minimumweighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thickreinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfaceby forced application complete all as specified with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction.

Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as spd and directed,

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, ISI marked.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 500 ltr but n ecx 1000 ltr and removing to store.

M&L of 750 ltr three layer rotational moulded polye-thylene water storagetanks (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoistedand fixed in position all asspecified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. .(Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms fixed in repairs.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore incluidng cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete.

All as per item No24 above but 20mm bore complete.

S&F tubes 15mm bore medium grade galvansied with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete.

Ditto as item no 26 above but fixing only

S&F tubes 20mm bore medium grade galvansied with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete.
