Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The officer competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and whatsoever

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders.

While removing the silt from canal contractor should make sure that concrete lining should not be damaged. If happens it is contractor responsibility to repaires it.

The amount put to tender is exclusive of G.S.T ,bidders are requested quota amount without GST
